A truly exceptional Chung Do Kwan TKD studio run by two amazing women! We’ve been going to Lyndell since January of 2018, it’s a constant in my kids lives and they love it. We general attend classes 2 days a week, we enjoy the instructors, format of classes (not always the same), the students/community is very welcoming and kind. In addition to technical growth and belt ranks, the character building that happens through Sharon and Jaime’s lessons is remarkable.

At Lydell Institute, the experience goes beyond exceptional Taekwondo training. Ms. Sharon and Ms. Jamie (and other instructors) not only excel in Taekwondo but also lead invigorating fitness and yoga classes, creating a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.The sense of community here is uplifting, fostering an environment where students support one another. I've witnessed remarkable personal growth in overall fitness and health since joining. I started out doing yoga class almost four years ago and was hooked. I just started Taekwondo 6 months ago at age 35 and I love it!What's truly impressive is the studio's commitment to instilling discipline, respect, and confidence in every student across all classes. Their structured yet enjoyable and fun sessions make learning Taekwondo, staying fit, and practicing yoga an absolute pleasure. I always look forward to coming to class!I highly recommend Lydell Institute for anyone seeking quality martial arts training along with fitness and mindfulness practices.

Our kids have been going to Lyndell Institute for over 2 years – and still love it! The instructors care for all students and will push them to be their best in and out of class. Very welcoming to all and you will improve physically and mentally!

This facility is AMAZING! Sharon and Jaime are wonderful instructors who take pride in their craft and are so very passionate. They know how to create a productive learning environment while also keeping it fun and exciting. They are so patient with my 4 year old son and give him the individual attention he needs to learn at his own pace. He is gaining self confidence, discipline and knowledge all at once and we couldn’t be happier. We can’t wait to see how he grows with Lyndell!

My son took preschool taekwondo classes at the Renaud Center with Ms. Jamie from the Lyndell Institute when he was 5 and he loved them. He is now 11 and has been taking classes at Lyndell Institute for the last year. Ms. Jamie and Ms. Sharon are wonderful teachers, and it has been really fun to watch his confidence grow over the past year. It looked like so much fun that I joined, and we’ve been doing family classes for the past six months. I love getting to share the experience with him, stay active, and learn from such talented, dedicated, and caring teachers.

My son takes Tae kwon do classes here. The talented black belt mother/daughter duo teach in a professional friendly manner. The studio is clean and organized. I highly recommend their classes.

I would not go anywhere else for Tae Kwon Do or fitness! Jamie and Sharon are absolutely incredible human beings, phenomenal instructors, and even better friends. Lyndell provides a family-like atmosphere where you feel supported and valued as an individual. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience there.

I thought I was too old at 45 to start training in the martial arts but once I tried a class at Lyndell I was hooked. It’s welcoming to all ages, all levels of fitness, and if you have tried other places and felt uncomfortable, this is the place for you. It’s a style of Tae Kwon Do rooted in tradition and teaches discipline, respect, and encourages personal growth in both body and spirit. Miss Jamie and Miss Sharon never fail to provide a safe and kind learning environment. Family owned and operated. Highly recommend!
