The owner was so sweet. I knew I could trust him with my car. My issue is the six hours it took for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch.
During that time, I kept getting calls for upsells on "small" items. One of which was my headlight being "out" and would have been $55 to change. I took my car to Autozone ($20) immediately after picking it up and the bulb was loose somehow? They just tightened it. That didn't sit well with me.
For real repairs, I'd consider them again, but the timeframe for minor maintenance was excessive.

LTS took the time and were very thorough in discovering the issue with the fuel system on my Lexus. They did not charge me for all of the diagnostic efforts they put into the process and were in contact with me through the entire process. They are true professionals and although I have taken my vehicles to them for the past three years, they will now be my only auto repair shop moving forward. They are much better than any dealership. These guys are fantastic!!

LTS has been consistently trustworthy and helpful in servicing my cars. They put in high quality work, work efficiently, and stand behind their work. Most recently, LTS was incredibly helpful and flexible with me while I dealt with a complicated insurance situation. Great employees. Great business.

Went in wanting new tires due to constantly hydroplaning, they checked to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong. They reported it didn't look like the tread was bad and made sure I wanted to do the work/spend the money ,since the tread appeared to be almost new. Making sure nothing else was wrong with the vehicle and researching for me what tires would be best for the car and travel done in it, they did the work. After the next rain storm
the owner called to be sure I was happy. Such personal interest and follow up was refreshing and so uncommon these days. Felt very well taken care of, great customer service.

I had to get a whole new transmission and this place made it so simple. It was super easy to get a quick and accurate quote. Everyone I talked to was so professional and helpful. The facility itself is the cleanest I’ve ever seen for an auto shop too. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!! They are honest, professional, and keep their facility very clean! I've been to 5 other shops trying to get the annoying squeaking issues with my truck properly diagnosed. (Which I originally thought might be my suspension and turned out to be a loose bumper) Not only did LTS Auto diagnose the issue properly but also fixed it at very very reasonable price when they easily could have just went along with telling me it was my suspension. They also gave me a 41 point courtesy inspection and went over my truck with a fine tooth comb. They found a few other issues that they brought to my attention and didn't even push those items on me either. They said they were minor things that will eventually need attention so just let them know whenever I'm ready and they would be happy to fix them for me.

I made an appointment for 8 am, when I arrived they said " Well we have someone before you and another person at 8am." Kinda pissed me off seeing as how if I make an appointment for that time I expect to be seen at that time, right? Not be put on the back burner or told I have to what longer, I understand a job might go over a little but you all were talking like appointment times dont matter. Went in for oil change and safety and emmisions. It should not take 3 hours. Again I made this appointment about a week in advance, not a walk in.
My appointment was for 8am. I had another place to be at 10am the same day, this I clearly remember. So no, I'm not wrong here. You don't honor appointment times.

Worked with Clayton and he guided me through all the proposed repairs. He assisted me in making decisions that were huge cost savings in deciding if the car should be serviced. Best decision ever was to listen to Clayton as it saved me from putting a lot of money into the care.

This is the worst place I’ve been to in ages. I really think they caused damage to my car and cut the axle boot. I had just had my car at another mechanic and this problem was not there 2 days prior. It also didn’t have anything to do with the issue I wanted diagnosed. Levi thought he’d hit the jackpot and found 3700 in maintenance and damage for me.

LTS is a class act. 5 years and 6 vehicles later, our family has been loyal to Curt, Clayton and the team at LTS. If you are looking for a shop that is honest, reasonably priced and accommodating, hit the brakes. You won’t find a better place to care for your vehicle.

Kurt was easily the most personable vehicle professionally I’ve ever had the pleasure of being serviced by. Customer service, ease of setting up an appointment, communication and price - all of this and more made for an incredibly positive experience. I’ll be taking my car to LTS from now on!

LTS this location since 2016. I had my truck repaired a few years ago. Service was prompt, professional, and competitively priced in the St Charles area. Returned in 2023 for a state inspection and was given a fail for suspension problems, among other things. The truck was 22 years old and I had it coming. Once again, the bid was competitively priced, prompt, and professional.
Just got my emissions test on 2/5/24. Appointment was at 4:00 p.m. and I was out of there by 4:15. Third time I've been there. Third time prompt and professional. Price didn't matter here the state sets the cost for an emissions test.
Based on my three experiences at this business I would recommend anyone give them a try. The staff is friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. Based on the amount of cars in their small lot, and the amount of time I had to schedule my appointment out, they must be a reputable service establishment. IMO a well run, local small business that makes our community great. Call Kurt. I bet he will do his best to take care of you and your car..
