βI reached out to Michael Cassara with Allstate to help with coverage for my Condo. My coverage for my condo was dropped due to a water pipe bursting. Michael took the time to explain why I was dropped and helped me with coverage for my condo. I dropped my other coverages with another insurance company and placed all my needs with Allstate. They have saved me money but most of all he took the time to answer all my questions. No other insurance company wanted to help me.β

βI transferred from my previous agent after over 5 years of being with them because the one time I needed them (after paying every month or ahead) I received terrible service and no help. I have been with Rachel for 3 months and her office has helped me more in these 3 months than anyone has in the last 5+ years with StateFarm. Not only educating me (because I know almost nothing about insurance) but Saving me money while ADDING coverages that I needed & was never informed I didn't have by the last agent. Even when I had a very small billing issue I left 1 voice-mail...Yes 1...and Brent took care of everything Before even calling me back to let me know it was all rectified!!! You literally couldn't ask for better service or a Better agent. I'm soo glad I made the choice to switch to an agent that actually cares about the customers needs not just the numbers or monthly payment.β
