Dan has always been good to me. Does a great job in taking care of the customer. Let's you drive a loaner vehicle until yous is fixed. The only negative thing will say is there needs to be better communication between him and the customer

Purchased a truck on 10/6/22 that was represented as having no frame damage and would only need an alignment. Took truck the same day to get an alignment and was told that it needed angle arms and that the frame was bent making it a hazard to drive. Returned the car the next day, the manager John, assured me I would get a full refund. Dan is now refusing.

It was a pleasure working with Dan and John. I had been without a car for 5 months. I literally walked to the dealership and explained my dilemma. I literally broke down in tears after explaining how I was disabled, I had 3 kids and no money...with the worst credit imaginable. They reassured me all would be alright and that they WOULD get me a car. They did too! No dealership would touch me with my credit. These guys financed me. After 5 long months of walking I am grateful lol. You now have a customer/friend for life. Thanks for the ride home too John! After dealing with the trash at driver seat auto clowns, I went to Indy Motorspots and was completely satisfied. Great service with a kind friendly staff. Want a better deal go right past idiot auto to Indy.

Keep in mind that you're getting cars that are going to need maintenance because they're used/older cars and need TLC.. Mine had some dents and a few small rust spots, but I wanted an early 2000s honda civic because I loved my previous 03 civic (definition of reliable). They had a 2004 civic on the lot and I thought it was meant to be! I'm not disappointed with the car & it runs great! I'm truly happy with the purchase. I will give this review my full transparency and say it did have the check engine light come on 5 days after getting it.. I got the code for a O2 sensor & they got it taken care of, no problem.There is a new development to this story as of today.. I went to get it titled and registered, come to find out an emissions inspection wasn't done. Which has been an inconvenience.. I could speculate why I didn't receive it, but at this point it really doesn't matter.If you really just need a car in a pinch, and don't mind possibly jumping through a couple hoops to get there, I do suggest Indy Motorsports. I would just be a cautious buyer; make sure you get the safety and emissions (because st. Charles still requires both).. and definitely take the car back to them if you experience any issues in the first 30 days. I trust this car to last me 5+ years if I take good care of it. I got it at a good price, too.

Spent over 5k on a van there and it was messed up from day 1 had to pay for parts to fix it before I had even had it for 2 weeks and then it didn’t even make it 30 days before it didn’t start at all and more money out of my pocket... they will tell you they stand behind their cars but that isn’t true they will look at it and tell you how much it will cost you to fix it. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CAR YOU ARE BETTER OFF FINDING ONE ON FACEBOOK!!!

Don’t go here he will lie to you tell you the cars ready to go and it isn’t first tried to put my family in a car that had a motor knock them tried to say it was a tensor then the other car he tried to put us in was supposed to be inspected and ready to go it needed a transmission and it smelt like fuel in the cab of the car look him up on bbb google even here him and his wife that work with him are all in it together he had a path finder that was again ready to go but didn’t have a battery and had a bad transmission he wanted 6000 for

Roommate purchased vehicles from here. I have not (yet) but they are the FIRST place I would look for a used car. They are "no nonsense" in the sense that anyone is a probable candidate to drive away with a car. You don't have to have a 750 FICO score or prove that you make rich-person salary. NOTE: Money talks... (respectable)... they not gonna let you have a car for free so save a little first... but once you have a moderate amount of cash to work with... start (& finish) here. Save time and drive away in your new ride. Nice selection. Friendly staff. Reasonable conversations. Good website. 5-stars!

Dan truly cares about the people he does business with. I can tell he isn't just in it for money, he works around people's budgets to allow them to drive a car when other dealerships turn you down. I recommend coming here if you need a car, but you don't have the money to necessarily buy one out of pocket.

Wish I could give a zero I have delt with alot of dealerships but this guy take the cake WORST DEALERSHIP EVER I SAY AGAIN THE WORST EVER took my Money and it was excuses after excuses all the cars on his lot are not ready to go and even if he says they are ready and you leave they WILL BREAK DOWN all the cars he gave us to use had problems he sounds like a cool dude but thats a cover up take my advice DONT GO HERE DONT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY you will be disappointed PS if you don't believe me look his name up online and see for your self
