Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. Tho I went there today and the nicest worker ever had the same issue I had, and that was burn barrels! They're on the website, and it says it's at the location, but what do you know they're not. Paul helped me out by fining the next best thing to make my own. Talk about coming clutch! Give the guy a raise bc I was so happy I almost handed a $20 for the help. He turned my original four star to its new rating. ???

I just had the best customer service I can recall. A lady named Nyssa helped me with a retrieval of a year old receipt I needed to show my insurance. It took a while, she was cheerful and friendly the whole time...made my day!

Was impossible to find anyone on the floor to help us had to walk across entire store to registers and have them page somebody and when they did it was a kid who was not very helpful or knowledgeable about the products I was looking at.

Had the worst experience trying to purchase a dishwasher from this Home Depot. We expected a delivery two weeks ago, and we were told it was not going to be delivered that day. My husband wanted the dishwasher to be converted to a pick up in store and then the delivery fee taken off (as we are not paying for it to be delivered anymore). Not only was the customer service staff unhelpful, they out right lied about having contact information for higher staff management. We did call Home Depot's general service line and arranged for the pick up that week. My husband arrived to this same Home Depot with no dishwasher to be found. Apparently, instead of delivering it, someone just outright cancelled the order. We attempted again, for a THIRD time to get the dishwasher purchased and was offered free delivery and 20% discount. We were told it would be delivered this weekend. We found out that it had been cancelled again. We are never working with this Home Depot department again. Save yourself some time and stress and just go to a competitor.

Sometimes I just don't understand. They only have self checkout, yet the only open one of the registers at the St. Charles location. If you are going here, bank on an extra 30 to 45 minutes to stand in line. Do better Home depot.

Wrong door was installed and the employees were unhelpful to resolve the situation. Did not care and charged us more to get the right door. Also didn't offer a chair for a pregnant woman for 20 minutes. Only reason they gave a discount was because we got corporate on the phone because they refused to help.

We had the pleasure working with Brett Beaudoin (Flooring Specialist) for our recent flooring project. He's been exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful throughout the LVP ordering and installation process. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for their flooring projects.

I'm a veteran, and not at all computer literate. Thursday evening my wife and I visited the St. Charles store to get my 10% military discount, then to order a log splitter. Brett greeted us at the customer service area, I told him what I needed, and Brett took care of everything. I was simply overwhelmed by his courtesy and knowledge. My log splitter will be delivered next week. Thanks Brett, you're great!!!!

Had a poor experience on website. There was a search icon, but I pushed it and nothing happened. I could not search for what I wanted, so will try to find what I want at another store.

We have been disappointed by installation and ordering mistakes. We have gotten damaged goods by ordering online. Customer service menu does not cover online orders, but the appliance rep offered to help. From now on, we will take our business elsewhere.
