We ordered a dishwasher and when it came to be installed, it had a large dent in the front, so it had to be sent back for a new one, the second time, 2 guys show up with a dishwasher and say they're here to deliver it. And I said, no, you're actually here to deliver and install. Long story short, I was challenged to fight him in the street! they left again!After speaking with Home Depot and being sent to someone in resolutions I was assured that this matter was gonna be taken care of, and I would be hearing back from them, and it was completely unacceptable! and believe it or not, I actually agreed to let them come out a third time with a new dishwasher to install and to my surprise, it was the very first dish washer they took back with the same large dent in the front door, and to top it off, after talking to them again, they said they no longer have that model and it would be at least a month until they could get it! This was totally unacceptable and now, my wife has to worry about some crazy guy that threatened us having our address, I was assured by the guy I talked to in resolutions that they would find out the guys name, so at least that was on file in case of any repercussions from them, but I highly doubt that happened!! Totally sickening experience! Great way to treat customers that have spent tens of thousands of dollars with you!

I ordered a dishwasher from them and 3 separate occasions, they brought the damaged original one they had delivered with a big dent in it. The second time they came, they had messed up the report and didn't realize they were supposed to install, which ensued an argument where the driver threatened to fight me in St.., which obviously didn't happen being disabled. I spoke with corporate, they assured me something was going to be done and I never heard another thing from them. Which I find completely unacceptable being that I was threatened and this person knew my address, and I made it clear that I wanted it documented what happened and his name and chase of repercussions, and still nothing doing. To say the least, we ended up cancelling the order since, after 3 times they still couldn't get it right and then we were informed that they no longer have that in stock. So we ordered from Lowes and had it within 2 days. We have spent thousands of dollars in cash and on our Home Depot card over the years and are still planning on having a privacy fence put in. But we'll see if that actually happens.

We prefer Home Depot over Lowe's or Menard's. We know the layout, and they typically have what we need. Customer service is good.

Purchased lumber for a fence project. Was told they had 267 cedar boards available on hand. I paid for 220 boards. I requested to pick them up tomorrow morning. They set the pick up time for 8am. I returned to get my boards the next morning to be told that they only had 68 boards available. They issued me a refund and told me I would see it on my account in 7- 10 business days. Do not buy lumber from here unless you physically see that it is available. Customer service are no help at all.

Everyone at the Home Depot in the Cave Springs area in St. Peters, MO is always helpful and nice. The store is always well organized, including the garden section. Thank you.

The employee that I dealt with this evening, was incredibly rude, I personally will never spend one more penny with Home Depot. Not when there is a Lowe’s and Menards both close by. I felt like he didn’t care about wasting my time and was a complete jerk about it. This was second time something like this happened there. Normally I only do good reviews, but I feel like people should know what to expect from the HD employees.

Should not even sell appliances. To be delivered on Thursday. No call from delivery people. Reached the delivery services call center. Delivery will be there by 8. Next morning I tried calling the store. Vickie tried to help-did find out it was changed to next Friday because they didn't have one of the appliances. So I go to the Home Depot for a refund And asked to talk to the general manager. Now I understand it's Christmas but your job is to defuse situations and be professional. She shows up in some ridiculous Christmas'elf' hat with ears sticking straight out the sides. She was extremely condescending and of absolutely no help. I've shopped at Home Depot since HQ left. No more, just done. Went to discount appliances and they're delivering both the stove and dishwasher today. Totally unacceptable-and to the general manager -you looked totally ridiculous. I'd have given you a negative number if it was offered

I live 3 minutes drive from this location, and again today made the mistake of stopping in for a Christmas tree stand. I'm regularly passing this location and going to Menards or Lowes due to the consistent miserable customer service, but today I was in a hurry...and this mistake cost me 45 minutes of trying to find help which never arrived. I'm only taking time to make this review becuase this terrible service has been CONSTANT with this location. I'd LOVE to for them to improve so I dont have to drive the extra 10 minutes to Menards or Lowes.

This store is laid out weirdly. Stuff spill over into San isle that is not labeled as that, ie, perf board hooks and screws in hooks in the plumbing isle. Today was really bad at checkout, no self service and only one checked with them people in line and was so slow.
