We bought our son his 1st car from here and and it was instant regret! There are so many issues with the car it's ridiculous. You're looking at only the "urgent" list.

Horrible experience. They hid a lot of major mechanical issues from the car. Do not trust them. Very shiesty. Do not purchase a car from them without extreme due diligence. He also scratched up the inside of my car when I complained after I already purchased it and asked for a fair repair.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES THEY RIGG VEHICLES UP TO RUN FOR A LITTLE WHILE THEN IT GOES BAD. THEY CHANGE THE MILEAGE ON CARS AND JANK THE PRICE UP!!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU A LEMON DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Inquired about the vehicle I wanted. Was contacted by Mr Hams himself. He got me pre approved for my loan. Went in the next day and I was only there for about an hour give or take. Walked away happy.

This place absolutely robbed me, sold me a srt Jeep Grand Cherokee that had nothing but problem after problem after purchase also had to pay for my own oil change after purchasing the car. They refuse to help or do anything to help resolve the problem. They did nothing to work with me and while talking on the phone with Jason Ham he began to yell over the phone and hung up on me. When attempting to make contact again via phone, my phone call was ignored.These people are just scamming anyone they can of their money don’t get anything from this place.

THEY WILL ROBB YOU, THEY ARE MANIPULATORS AND THIEVES DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKSI WAS TOLD BY A SALESMAN NAMED JASON THAT I HAD TO PLACE A DOWN PAYMENT OF $3,000 INORDER FOR ME TO GET APPROVED FOR A LOAN AND HAVE LOWER CAR PAYMENTS. JASON STOLE MY $3,000 DOWN PAYMENT ASWELL AS RECIEVED A LOAN OF 17,650 FROM A LENDER ON MY BEHALF. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT MY DOWN PAYMENT WOULD GO TOWARDS THE LOAN ON THE CAR SO THAT MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WOULD BE LOWER. I SOONED FOUND OUT FROM THE LENDER THAT THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE $3,000 DOWN PAYMENTS WHICH RESULTED IN ME PAYING A TOTAL OF 20,650 FOR A VEHICLE THAT WAS PRICED AT 18,200. ONCE I CONFRONTED JASON ABOUT IT HE TOLD ME THAT MY DOWN PAYMENT WENT TOWARDS A TWO YEAR WARRANTY . I SOON FOUND THAT OUT TO BE A LIE FROM THE LENDER WHO TOLD ME THAT MY WARRANTY IS BUILT INTO MY PAYMENTS. JASON STOLE MY 3,000 AND RECIEVED AN EXTRA 17650 FOR A CAR THAT WAS PRICED AT 18200 ALL TOGETHER I PAID 20,650 FOR A VEHICLE THAT SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN ON ME WITHIN A WEEK. I HAVE A LAW SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES DONT TRUST THEM THEY ARE CROOKS AND THEY WILL ROBB YOU.

After purchasing a vehicle from them and finding put of of the tire pressure sensors wasn't working they said they would have one put in for me at my local Big'O. I took the car in and found that I also bought the car with a nail in one tore and dry rot on the other. Simply put they paid to have both replaced (the tire sensor ended up coming back up). Honestly a great experience with them over all. Super understanding and made the whole process easy.

All these 3 4 and 5 star reviews are from employees. Talked to a sales guy about a truck with a rebuilt title but had no idea why so try calling to speak with someone and no answer at all. Would not recommend doing business with these guys as they are over priced and poor customer service

Worse customer service.Bought a vehicle here from Frank konsewicz.He promised to send me a title within a few days from the purchase.6 months went by- I reached out via phone, private messages, and commenting on his live post on marketplace where I found the vehicle.After 3 days of ignoring my messages I blew up his inbox by commenting on atleast 10 of his post. In return I received a very angry and intolerant phone call explaining he did not have a title for it and I needed to figure this out on my own with a bill of sale because that vehicle never had a title. I have been in sales of my adult life....yelling at a paid customer has never been an OK thing to do.If you want shady car salesman- this is your guy.

Pictures posted of vehicle we were interested in did not show off what the car really looked like. Cracked window, scratches all over. Missing interior parts. Put down 500 dollars for them to hold the car we thought we were looking at, but only recieved back 100 of it. Very disappointed. Plus told us stuff that was wrong with our trade in, which I know was false cause I had receipts of all I just did to it.

I bought a jeep from them that has needed an engine oil coolant leak $900 to repair and PCM $800 needed to be replaced a month after buying. Doesn’t respond to emails or text. I would save your time and money and go to a trusted dealership.
