Walked into the store just looking for shoes (seen they were listed on the Hoka site) and had a great experience! My feet were scanned to find a shoe that works for my needs. Ended up buying shoes and insoles! 10/10 recommend!

Marie was awesome. She helped to explain my foot structure and fit me correctly for a tennis shoe (during an exchange process because the first shoe I purchased at another location was super uncomfortable). I highly recommend her to help you get the appropriate footwear for any of your needs!

The staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me to solve the issue/concern I was having about knee pain while running.

This was the single greatest experience I’ve ever had at a store. Travis helped me with the entire process of getting my feet scanned, explaining the scans to me, getting me the right shoes, and he even trimmed the insoles I bought for me, because I told him I wasn’t too familiar with doing that. Easily the most helpful, knowledgeable, and caring person I’ve ever had help me at a store. I have nothing but good things to say about Fleet Feet. This is going to be the only store I ever come to in the future for getting shoes. If I could give 10 stars I would. Cannot recommend enough.

I went to Fleet Feet in St. Charles July 1st, for help getting some walking shoes, due to problem with my left foot while walking. Jordan (very nice employee) done a foot scan which showed me an image of my Feet. I opted to get a pair of CURREX Dynamic INSOLES RunPro comfort & Support, put in my shoes for Arch support. This was a game changer and I immediately felt the difference. I will definitely be going back next month to purchase a pair of Fleet Feet walking shoes for better comfort for my daily walks, as I walk 3 to 5 miles daily.
Thanks Jordan for the superb customer service and explanation for the need for a good walking shoe.

I had a really great experience with Fleet Feet in st Charles. I was able to get help in finding the right pair of shoes for me within 15 minutes. I already told my friends and family about it. My husband is going to get scans next month.

I was looking for a new pair of athletic shoes for me and my partner, so we came to Fleet Feet St. Charles for the first time. We also had fitID today - the scanning is free. Danny helped us with the fitting process. He was so kind and helpful. He went over the fitting information thoroughly after the scan. He also offered my partner to try a couple pairs of shoes they have in stock. Unfortunately, I was not sold on either of them. I ended up purchasing Feetures socks here since they are having promotion “buy 4 get 5th pair free”. The store is very clean and nice arrangement. They carry variety of brands like Hoka, Brooks, On, etc.
Overall, I was very pleased with their customer service. I definitely recommend Fleet Feet! It’s super valuable to get your feet scanned, and staff here are very knowledgeable about what shoes will fit your feet’s profile/gait best.

I was warmly welcomed when I walked in. The employee listened to what i wanted/needed. He then spent time making sure he had the correct measurements for my feet. He also did some other testing to obtain additional information to best select shoes for me. I would have liked to have seen more shoes other than the 3 pairs he showed me but the store was getting busy. He asked me if I had a brand I would like and then brought out 2 pairs for me to try on. I was not totally sold on either of them and asked to see another pair. He brought out a pair that i had bought this brand name before and I purchased them. He took good care of me.
