My son goes to a nearby university. He was having problems with his car and took it to JC Auto. First they told him that the downpipe needed to be replaced due to a large hole and the estimate would be $650. Something didn't feel right so he opted not to do this. They said they could replace the bolts that were rusted out to try and keep things in place in the meantime. 50 bucks. He said fine but then came home a couple weeks later. Lo and behold, when I looked under the car, there was no hole in the downpipe and there were no new bolts to hold anything on the underside of his car! He got ripped off for 50 bucks, but could have been cleaned out for 650. He's a college kid and doesn't have a whole lot of money. It's pretty shady practice to take advantage of a college kid who is out of state, doesn't have a lot of money and doesn't really have any recourse when dishonest shops try to take him to the cleaners. AVOID this shop!!!

This is the best car repair place ever!! They are always honest and I trust them 100%. For example, my son was told by the dealer that his car needed back brakes. I contacted JC and scheduled the appointment and they got him in really quick. I was worried about my son driving the car. When he takes it in, the mechanic looked at it after taking the wheel and wherever else off and he said, "his brakes look excellent!" I was ready to spend $300! Seriously, this place is a place you can trust! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been a customer for years. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and are honest in business. I've never felt pressured into getting any work done, and everything is itemized. Great place.
