Be careful buying a car from enterprise! They alter the carfax report. When we bought our car from them in 2022 the carfax showed no damage and in great condition. We have been looking at a new car and the car dealership ran the carfax on our current car, there was reported (minor) damage. The damage reported was 8 months before we bought the car but again, nothing on the carfax when we looked at it. Highly disappointed in Enterprise and will not return.

Sales rep Justin and management (Bernetta and Mike) at the St. Peter’s location went above and beyond to insure my vehicle was delivered in the best condition it could be. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity.

I love everything about Enterprise very professional great environment. I only rent from Enterprise. Fast service friendly absolutely professional. Now I can add that I bought a wonderful Ford edge! My salesman was amazing!

My husband and I recently purchased a car from here and i can honestly say that i have never felt such grace and honestly as well as professional individuals EVER in a car dealership. They listened and heard my situation and helped me get into a newer and safer vehicle and I could not be more proud of not only having gotten a car from them, but the also proud that my husband also not only loves his job but works for their IT department! Thank you Mike and his staff for working with us so hard and making me feel safe again on the road!! its been such a pleasure!!! 5+ stars!

I test drove a car. While the sales person was friendly, and the test drive went very well, I thought the manager was typical used car salesman. He tried to pressure the sale. I asked for a copy of the estimate of the potential transaction and it took over 30 minutes to print a page. The sales person seemed like she needed the manager’s approval to print it while the manager was shooting the breeze with another customer. I could hear their conversation and it was not about a car purchase. They finally printed the paper after I stood up, walked out of the room and asked what’s taking so long. Such a bad sales tactic. Not coming back to this location.

I really like my 21 Nissan Altima. It is a SL and I couldn’t afford this new. They have an affordable and comprehensive warranty that took the fear out of buying a used car. Ty Enterprise St Charles !

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Car buying in the last 10 or so years has become a dreaded chore. I definitely didn’t want to waste hours upon hours being directed to a car that I did not want. Mike, Kaalan and Burnetta changed that experience for me.
They went above and beyond my expectations. Even after my purchase they continued to show their support.
Kudos on a job well done.

My husband purchased a car this past weekend from Halston and we are both in love with his new car. Everything went very smooth and we were in and out in about 2 hours. We've had poor experiences with other dealers in the past, but there was no pushing or upselling and we greatly appreciated the entire experience. The other associates in the office were very nice, and the manager was lovely. We will be recommending them to our friends and family, and will hopefully be back in the near future to purchase a second vehicle.
