edit: I will keep my 5 star review I had previously. I did have a great experience here prior. It is a shame though that the woman this morning was so rude on the phone and wouldn't let me finish my sentence without hanging up.. Had she left me finish, I was going to let her know that I was still planning on brining my PC in to use their services. Potential customers/repeat customers are at least worth 30 seconds of your time.

We have used them before to service our laptop and they did and excellent job. I called today when having an issue connecting to the internet and he walked me through step by step to get it up and running again. I could not be more please with the customer service! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

This place is so underrated. As a first time pc builder I did alot of research on the internet but there are some questions that just dont get answered. Every other place I went to for help either turned me away or wanted to charge me ridiculous money for simple advice. I called up here and Bobby answered multiple questions of mine with professional courtesy and free of charge. I have a problem with my computer right now and I already knew exactly who I was calling. This company has already exceeded my expectations, highly recommended !!!

I called in looking for a PSU for a new system I'm building. They not only had one in stock, but also charged a very reasonable price for it. I would recommend this shop to any of my friends and family.
