Excellent customer service by Eryn! Friendly, hard worker and helped me beyond what was expected. Saw that my tire light was on( darn Honda) and checked my tires without being asked. I would highly recommend this business.

My ac works better than before. And I didn’t lose my vehicle for days. It was not a simple easy fix. They had to disassemble the dash and console to replace a bad motor. They put everything back as if it had never been taken apart. No gaps or any imperfections/defects. Got it fixed the same day. They also reset the electronics back to factory levels. That is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable in their field. I very pleased with the service performed and pleased with the people that performed them.

Great experience with Coffey Automotive!!! They heard my concerns about my brakes before I was due to leave on a 5 hour drive. Eryn and all the mechanics were professional and communicated everything. Great customer service! I appreciated Eryn going over all of the pricing and giving worst to best case scenarios with what might be needed. They had a quick turn around due to my trip and I felt safe and prepared for a longer drive. I will be a repeat customer!

There is a good reason that this shop was awarded the Best Auto Shop of St. Charles for 2024. The staff is friendly, informative, and very good at diagnostics. Their prices are more than reasonable and they don't talk down to you. I think that I have myself a new favorite shop. I had a nice, smooth ride home. Thank you Gentlemen!

Years ago When we were new to the area & had a car brake down, AAA recommended them & towed the car over to Coffey’s. With fingers crossed, we listened & had them do that repair . So VERY glad they did!
Honest & always an extra effort to try to save me money on car repairs!
The family now has more cars, of assorted ages & kinds yet the care & honest, quality service they give hasn’t changed.
From standard maintenance to state inspections to unexpected breakdowns we are glad we have Coffey’s as our mechanic!!

Erin is outstanding to work with as usual. He and the other mechanics at Coffey Automotive were prompt with diagnosing and fixing the issues my vehicle had, and the costs were far less than any dealership or other automotive repair should would have charges! They will always continue to get my business!

I have been to Coffey Automotive with the original owners and now with the new owners. Every time I go in, I know I will be taken care of and my car will be ready to roll when they are done. I got my oil changed, they checked my brakes, and then let me know about my air filter and wiper blades. They were kind enough to get this all done for me so I could get back on the road safely! My car was leaking antifreeze due to a cracked radiator. They got it done very fast, communicated time to get it done and exact price, and the price was lower than I got quotes from other places. Staff was very polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for all your service needs.
