decent equipment, friendly staff, and insane management. Once AGAIN they are increasing the price of membership and removing benefits from each tier and moving it up to the next. To the point the platinum membership has 11 more things then the next lowest, and that one only has one more benefit then the next. That being 24 hour access. The 24 hour access to all the gyms use to be in the basic membership that was around 20$ a month, all of those benefits have been removed and locked behind the most expensive membership. All without notifying me that they where doing that and that I had lost all of those benefits and was still paying the same price. Plus they moved to an awful barcode system that forces you to use their godawful app that they are now making a second one?!?! Everyone hates it how tonedeaf can you be. The only reason they can get away with this is because there aren’t any real competitors in the area. As soon as another gym opens within reasonable distance of me you can bet I’ll be dropping my membership as soon as I can. Btw there’s no guess pass either.

The new pricing is ridiculous and you know it. I would literally quit if there were any other options. Straight up taking advantage of people with the new pricing and lack of benefits to the member.

Poor gym etiquette Folks will not re-rack the weights. Sit on cable machine for hours to do pirouette training and phone scrolling

Not Good AT ALL!! Man, I feel stupid after going through what I had to do cancel my membership with this place. They really have no kind of customer service or sales team except a kiosk. When you ask somebody about anything they direct you to this kiosk and expect you to know what the hell you were doing. I knew when I canceled I was probably going to have to pay for another monthly until Club Fitness actually canceled. But this place charged me a monthly Bill- Then some ANNUAL DUE? (I WAS LITERALLY TOLD this is NOT a year contract!!!! AND I SPECIFICALLY SAID I will NOT buy this if I have to enter a contract!!) Then the big charge----- they charged me a buyout penalty!!!!! Which was a full three months membership penalty!! It was well over a $100!! It made me bounce a couple of charges that I had pending. So I have to pay the penalty on that on top of all the other stuff they charged me!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. Nothing against the teenagers that they have work in their butt when it comes down to getting things explain to you, it's not gonna happen! Super aggravated would never recommend it to anybody

When I go to club futness I like to stay a while. They have plenty equipment for pre-stretching, strengthening, and cardio. The massage table and light therapy are a new highlight for me. It's very homy with friendly help.

The new pulley grips feel really cheap and are dangerous! The rubber handle is incredibly slippery and can fall out of your hand while exercising. Stop downgrading to cheaper equipment to save a dollar.

Nice gym/ atmosphere, clean, and the staff is helpful. It's a busy gym, but well kept for having so many ppl in and out. I hope they get a smoothie bar ??

Every night the music skips constantly for hours, and it is so loud I hear it over my own headphones. It's like a scratched up cd grating into my skull the entire work out. I've told staff before when I joined ages ago and it still continues to this day

Love this gym. Wish it was 24/7. Weekend hours make me have to have other gum memberships.

This location used to be so clean the staff is awesome but who ever cleans is not cleaning I came in 2 days in a row same issues from the day b4 ladies room is dirty same trash no soap as the previous day tp all over the place

I haven't been in this facility for over 2 years Im impress with the new equipment, how clean the facility is, bathrooms everything, I think they are doing a really good job.

Buyer beware! We tried to cancel our membership and they charged us after the fact, then we had to dispute the charges with the bank because these people break the law AND the contract! They steal your money and won’t let you cancel!! Whatever you do, don’t give them your money. They are thieves and cheaters. But we are reporting them to the BBB and the Attorney General, so I hope they have fun with the lawyers! Hahaha.
