This place is awesome. Anytime I come down to Main St in St Charles, I always get my fur babies some treats. They have different flavor biscuits with pumpkin, liver, and peanut butter, and my dogs love the cookies with icing on them. They even have treats for kitties. I recommend to all my friends.

First of all, I don’t know what was happening 4-8 years ago based on the bad reviews on here, but I can tell you that there is no longer a customer service issue. The three NICEST ladies were working in the store a couple of weeks ago. So much joy!!Not to mention, my fluffy coworker (a therapy dog at a local hospital) loved his treat, as well as my own dog at home. I think they would give this shop 5 Stars as well! I will be back for more!!

Love this little store. Everyone was super nice, and the store was packed. There were workers waiting on customers and others decorating treats. Their treats seem to always be fresh and cutely decorated. My pups love their yearly birthday cakes as well. I have not bought a treat here that my pet has disliked. I will be buying all my Christmas presents here this year.

I came in here for a few reasons. 1) I always like to get my dog specialty treat from dog bakeries like this and 2) I like to support small businesses. Well, these people are RUDE and just plain stupid. They started being extremely rude about me taking photos. I don't know what their problem is. Dumb business practice. That is free advertising. But they said because their "competitors" will take their ideas. Um no. There are plenty of places like this business with WAY cuter items. And what are you hiding that you don't want people to post your items in reviews and what have you. I don't know how they are still open treating people like that. I was shocked and turned off by this behavior.

My dogs love the weekly visits to the bakery. The staff is wonderful, and my dogs love all the treats and attention.

A great and cute shop with the most precious seasonal treats. My dog has been obsessed with treats from here since her first bite, and we had a great time and will definitely be returning back. The two people in the shop were very sweet and helpful too

My great dane Bubby loves this spot. We stop in every weekend, if not for their cookies, for the positive attitude of the shopkeeps there, always pleasant to be around and they treat my dog with alot of love. It makes me happy.

Every time we stop in here, the staff is so wonderful! They always have dog treats at the counter and fresh water for a doggy pitstop. We stopped in today and they gave our (6 month/65lb) great pyrenes puppy lots of love! He also got a 2oz bacon pupcup and judging by the way he ate it, the visit was 5/5 stars from him too. :)

Found this place yesterday. The lady was so nice. I told her about my dogs stomach issues, sold my what would be great for her. She loves the cookies. Definitely coming back.
