Clean bright store with a good selection of care products. Staff very friendly. The store often has good sales. My visit was to pick up shampoo and a few other items. I did not have a service.

so I've gone to this location a few times for hair products for my daughter and I. they have some really nice stuff for cg methods. however today I went in thinking maybe they had some 40v cream that I could use on deer bones. I have a jaw and leg bone for a project and asked if they had any so I could bleach these bones. Of course the manager said no because they also have a hair salon and they do hair coloring. Cool. I'll go to Sally's and get some. Well, apparently they called the cops and told them I had human remains that I'm bleaching & the cops ended up coming to my house and I showed them both bones and of course they were deer bones and not human... so fun. The manager and girl working the register watch too many crime shows.

Geena did a beautiful job on my requested Ola Plex perm. This is after the first wash. I just love this perm. It looks like naturally curly hair. Will definitely be coming back and request Geena when it's time. Geena does lots of perms and the result is even better than expected

On Friday, 3/9/24 I phoned my nearest store on MidRivers Mall Drive, St. Peters, MO and spoke with a delightful staff member, Lydia Gasper. I have worked in the corporate world for years and I could tell by Lydia’s response on the call that she answered the call with a smile. I explained my dilemma and that I was unable to wait for this item to be delivered sometime next week. Lydia first checked their store’s inventory and after finding no stock there she asked if I could hold while she checked the other nearby stores. Lydia located the item at another location and had them to hold the only one at that location in her name. Lydia went that EXTRA MILE and for that I am most appreciate. Lydia was friendly, courteous, professional and showed eagerness to satisfy a customer. In today’s service industry this is almost unheard of. Lydia Gasper deserves 5 STARS. Lots of services. Hair, nails, massage, products. They offer you water, tea and coffee. Used to be soda. I don't drink tea or coffee but I will soda. Had hair cut once there - wasn't good experience. I get my nails done there. Products I think are expensive.

I am very happy with the way Ali cuts and styles my hair. As I left, I got a compliment from a lady in the parking lot that she loved my hair and she wanted her hair cut to look like mine. She asked for Ali's name so she could call her the next time she needs a hair cut.
