After we signed the papers, a worker claimed they were taking the vehicle to fill the tank. the uninsured careless worker got into a wreck on the way to the "gas station" the owner laughed and said OH WELL.

This place is awful! Right off the bat they ran my credit 4 different times so that if I tried to buy a car somewhere else I couldn't because there were too many inquiries on my credit. Months after buying my car I am now getting so many junk offers because they apparently sold my information.

We bought a van from them in February and it was great. Jerry is so kind and helpful. Went back to buy a car from there in August. Pointed out some issues and were assured it had been gone over and everything was ok. My husbands fender started flapping as he drove down the highway a week or two later. We called and they were willing to address it. Then the clutch started grinding. Which we specifically asked about the condition when purchasing. John called my husband a liar saying we must have done something to our car to cause the bumper issue and that the clutch was fine and not under warranty. He was combative and rude. We drive that car 10 minutes one way everyday and that's it. We haven't hit a thing or ground the gears. So to call us a liar is awful. We won't be back and it's disappointing. Really wanted to have a place to purchase cars as we needed to. Now we won't recommend the place and have to go pay out of pocket to get our clutch fixed.
