Tony and Ms. Cathy were great along with the rest of the staff but I dealt with the two of them most. “My family has taken our vehicles to Kevin for 10 plus years. Now my friends and their friends and other companies taken their vehicles to Kevin for 10 plus years as well. I trust my wife and daughters vehicles with Kevin. There is never any gray area here. If you do not want the vehicle fixed “correctly” this is not the place for you. I literally drop my vehicles (personal and business) off to Kevin and say: “do what you would do for you car or your mothers car”. The price is ALWAYS fair and the vehicle is always fixed.”
“With a large family, and many older vehicles, I have ended up using KarTech for well over 15 years. I've checked around and their pricing is excellent and I've had them work on Volvos to several cars that my kids drove. Hard to find a good mechanic and I'd refer them to about anyone.”

“Matt has been my mechanic for years. He took great care of my old Saab and now he takes care of my XC60 whenever I need it. He even help me caught a major issue with the engine before the dealer ship and managed go the dealership to solve it in time for them to cover the cost. He has nice vehicles on the lot , but if u are looking for something he doesn't currently have in his stock he has access to really anything u may want and can get vehicles through his network of other dealers across the country and can get vehicles not currently in his stock , these are just three just to show the quality. And no pressure like at the big car lots .”

But we had an appointment today at 11:00 and we didn't leave to almost 1:30 for an oil change and a leaking Tire. I work in healthcare and we literally do surgery quicker than that. LOL”

“The owner was so sweet. I knew I could trust him with my car. My issue is the six hours it took for an oil change, tire rotation and tire patch.
During that time, I kept getting calls for upsells on "small" items. One of which was my headlight being "out" and would have been $55 to change. I took my car to Autozone ($20) immediately after picking it up and the bulb was loose somehow? They just tightened it. That didn't sit well with me.
For real repairs, I'd consider them again, but the timeframe for minor maintenance was excessive.”
