Caution... Even if you pay your bill on time EVERY month... Leanna (The Property Manager) is very un-professional. She feels it's a good idea to call their paying customers first thing in the morning while they are at home minding their own business and then immediately escalate the conversion to aggression and yelling just because you dared to ask her a question. She was very disrespectful and seems to care very little whether you choose to stay a customer or not. She will also refuse to give you any information regarding her superiors so you aren't able to contact them regarding her behavior. When the weather turns, I will be more than happy to find another storage facility to give my business to... Thanks a lot Leanna..
