I started with Dan in December, 2019 to try and relieve chronic pain caused by a degenerative disc disease in my neck and lower back.During the 2 1/2 months I have been challenged and pushed by Dan, and he has taught me a great deal. Dan does not blow "smoke" like many trainers do. Not only have I increased my physical strength and flexibility, but the chronic pain has subsided.

I was referred to Dan by my sister, who has been working with him for about 2 yrs now. I started with Baby Boomers in December, 2019 to try and relieve chronic pain caused by a degenerative disc disease in my neck and lower back. During the last 2 months I have been challenged and pushed by Dan, and he has taught me a great deal. Not only have I increased my physical strength and flexibility, but the chronic pain has subsided. I am impressed with Dan's passion to help his clients. I will continue this for now and hope to reach new goals in the future.

Dan Horne is super knowledgeable about fitness. I was able to come to his private fitness studio and observe what exactly takes place in his live group classes. It was a fascinating experience. As a certified trainer, Dan really dives in-depth in regards to movement and how important it is for people to continue functioning properly as they age. I have shared this experience with a number of people in my family that are aged 50+. Thanks Dan!

I've spent time & money on videos & clubs, but Dan is the ONLY one who taught me how to do the movements correctly and why. It makes all the difference! The results have come 3x faster. He's been doing this for years-he knows his stuff and wants to help. I'm stronger and healthier on the outside and more confident & happier on the inside.

I have been exercising with Dan and learned SO much!!! I've worked out with other trainers in the past, but I never saw results so quickly! I feel better, stronger, and I have more balance. Many of his clients start with personal training. I was fit enough to start with his classes. He is always ready to go, explains each exercise in detail, and coaches me through them. Dan easily modifies exercises if I'm quite there yet. He changes the exercises periodically, so I am never bored and always feel challenged.
