Horrible customer service from Mike. Went there with my girlfriend and her mom to look at a truck, and when I was looking at the truck I had noticed a few things and started to ask about that and see if I could get the price knocked down a bit. Once I brought up a few issues I had with the truck Mike got very hostile and instantly became aggressive towards me when I was being very polite to him. I would not recommend buying a car from here or even looking towards here for a car. Mike has ruined the experience I had there and I will never be shopping there again. He tried to make up for it once we brought up how he was acting towards us and treating us, he tried to take money off the truck when we were already getting ready to leave because of how he was treating us.

Good customer service from Mike! Great guy!
Unfortunately though every thing they said they fixed or replaced was terrible and unprofessional work!!! I bought a 2013 Charger from them. I had to take it back three different times! They still didn't get fixed properly. The brakes are still squealing, wiring to the cam is going to have to be replaced, water pump, thermostat, coolant and most likely the serpentine belt too! I can't name everything in this post that still needs to be done! I am not letting their mechanics touch this car again! Very incompetent!!! I will never buy another car from them ever again!!!!!!

This is the 2nd car I have bought from them. I had some issues with 2nd one. They promptly took care of the problem. I highly recommend them for price and quality. The customer service was great also. I look forward to doing further business with them.

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have bought from 94 Autohaus. We bought a 2014 Challanger from them on Saturday. Mike was GREAT to work with and VERY knowledgeable!! Call these guys to see if they had any work trucks on a lot. The first question that came out of the man’s mouth then answered the phone was what kind of money do you got? And then told him that it depended on what he had and he told me to get on their website and hung up the phone.

I recently purchased a 2010 Crown Victoria Interceptor here! Mike and Steve are both great guys! I highly recommend this car lot! Not only do they sell quality vehicles at a reasonable price, they genuinely care about their customers and doing the right thing. I would do business here again with Steve and Mike! Bought a 2010 Chevy Impala police edition from them a couple of weeks ago, August 31. It had a fan issue the first day I got it that was not covered under warranty and they fixed it at no charge, no charge. They could have easily said, too bad, you bought it as is. Next time I buy a car I will definitely check with them first. The car has been great! Steve was excellent to work with! I really appreciate finding someone with that kind of integrity and customer service! I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking for a used car.
