This is darn good sorghum. I have a hard time finding it around town, but it works great as a sweetner in oatmeal or grits or on toast with butter I hear is good, too. They are certified USDA organic by OneCertMO, for what that's worth, and they are a teaching and research farm to boot! What a great place here in Missouri, where food and friends get together. But here is the interesting part. They call themselves a "egalitarian intentional community" ( which means, in part, that people who visit and want to stay for an extended period, can live and work at the farm in various capacities (agricultural, of course). Wow, what an intersting place -- and in Missouri of all places! Other products they have are honey, mustard, and maybe maple syrup?
