Spoke with the lady there for an order, went to pick it up Friday, and apparently my order doesn’t exist. Sold the material I ordered right from under me. Now I have a job I will not be completing because of the inability to do the very thing that they get paid for. Don’t try to call on a Friday at all either. They won’t pick up the phones because they don’t want to work. Would give zero stars.

When it comes to plumbing parts, supplies, and tools, it only takes one visit to Rolla Winnelson Co. to realize why so many contractors make this their primary supplier. In addition to a large inventory in stock, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and happy to provide advice to those of us who are homeowners trying to get a job done. Whenever I need plumbing parts, or just advice, Winnelson is my first stop.
