I will drive to Salem before I would take my dogs to this vet. They left me and my dog sitting in the waiting room for an hour and 10 minutes taking appointments that were after mine telling me that they were there before me because I was 5 minutes late. The office ladies have control issues. I hope they know something is wrong in the front office... good vet ,bad customer service!

We have been taking our German Shepherd here since we got her at 6 weeks! She is 10 months now and every shot, nail clipping and a recent fever and allergic reaction . It was a Saturday and doc Winfrey was by herself and took the best care of our girl who was sick and did not want to be touched! Went in today and she is doing well on antibiotic. All staff there are fantastic with her!

Dr Winfrey and Dr Browns family as well as Amy and Jill are all very kind! Dr Winfrey is very gentle with the animals! We absolutely LOVE the staff! We value the opinions and advice they provide when needed!

I would put negative Stars if I could. I had a Blue heeler mix that I had been bringing here for 12 years when she started to not do well I constantly called them and asked them what to do if they thought I should bring her in they did nothing but sell me some pain medicine for her later it turned into an emergency and I called crying them begging them to help just simply look at her to tell me what I needed to do next they would not see her I ended up having to take her to Sullivan animal hospital where the first thing they did when I described her symptoms we said that she needed blood work apparently she was severely anemic had a bad infection her kidneys were failing there was nothing we could do for her I had to send my dog to heaven that day rounds does not care about the animals at all do not go there they are awful

They really take care of you Mr brown is a great person I called him and he had my dogs prescription ready the very next day I would highly recommend going here if your pet has any issues they can handle it no problem

We have taken all of our pets to Brown Veterinary clinic for over 30 years. The staff is excellent and Dr. Winfrey is fantastic our dogs love her and when we had to have one euthanized she was right by my side consoling me. She’s the best!

This clinic is absolutely filthy. I went last week to get flea treatment for my cat and there wasn't any in the whole office. The desk staff seemed to think that if they pretended I didn't exist I would just go away. We did see the vet once and I had no complaints about the vet themselves but the wrapped my cat up in a towel that hadn't been washed since Clinton was president to give it a shot. This vet is affordable but that's about it.

We've had our pup with Dr Winfrey for several years. At one point, our dog was attacked and barely hanging on. She stayed at the clinic for a couple days but pulled through. Dr. Winfrey was compassionate, clear, provided options and worked us in when there were emergencies. There are a lot of great vets in the area and we've always been happy with the care Dr Winfrey provided.

Dr. Windfrey is amazing. I have been going to her for 2 different dogs now. I have had to make tough choices with one having lung cancer and the other having prostate issues. She helped me make the tough decisions and didn't make me wait a week to get in when my current dog was suffering! Thank you for letting me call you with follow up questions when I was not sure which route to take next! Definitely an experienced doctor with great advice.

This is a local business with local Veterinarians. I don't know what they did to someone to deserve this rating. They are professional, gifted and care about your animal. 56 years on a farm and having additional pets, sometimes your pet or livestock can not be saved. I have also learned that's usually because you waited to late to call the vet because you were weighing the cost against value. Typically seen in agriculture. Pets if you don't have the money. Maybe they were struck by lightning, fell off a deck, twisted a bowel, can't have puppies and they are deceased inside. You can beg and plead but it's life. Also, a vet can use science but often Rover doesn't mention that he ate the dead mouse, flea, toy, maggot infested dead chicken or kicked by another party when you weren't looking. On Sunday, February 21st my 85 year old Mother's, 16 year old Yorkie was dying. She was crying and wanted to die with the dog. First, I was told Rolla did not have an emergency veterinary hospital. By now it's late afternoon. I decided all I could do, was call and no one would answer. Dr Winfrey picked up on the 3rd ring. It is xxx fee for me to come in on Sunday then the fee for the service. This has been almost 30 days. The pup is still alive by some miracle. Dr. Winfrey was amazing, the total cost was negligible. For me, having my mom spend another month with her best friend was priceless.

Had an emergency due to injury of my dog. I explained situation and they asked if I had an appointment...why yes, I planned a week ago for my dog to get injured today! Stupid question. Said they couldnt see him. I was taking my other animals here the past few months, but no more. I need someone who actually cares about my animals
