I went to Bodypump (been a while lol) and lifted tiny baby weights while still getting an amazing workout. Christy is AMAZING take a class with her literally yesterday.

This place is really great. Clean. Accessible. Affordable. You can show up at 5am and lift weights and do a few laps before work.

My favorite recreation place in Rolla. I enjoy it every time! The personnel are nice and friendly! Swimming pool and aqua aerobics classes are the best! Thanks The Centre!
