“All I can say is, WOW! What a wonderful experience I had with the manager Rene' in Rolla! She was so pleasant, so understanding, and so patient with me! Because I was in crunch time, and stressing out about getting a storage right away, for all of my belongings. She gave me the best deal, this storage was nice and clean and kept my things safe! “Ive had friends and family use Downtown Storage and they’ve never had any issues with any of the units. They’ve all been in great condition! They recommended I try them since I’ve been on the hunt for a safe and secure location. I’ve had such a great experience with Downtown Storage! My elderly father has a hard time with technology, and the staff went above and beyond to walk him through getting a reservation at MY convenience (I have a very busy work schedule). They waited until I could be at my father’s side so everything was done correctly. I also noticed how clean and secure these units were, compared to other facilities in the area. I highly recommend!”
“Big changes to this place recently. New fence, lights and cameras. Feels very safe and secure - much more than some of the other sites I visited in the area. Lots of RV and boat storage sites, including pull-throughs. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. I haven't used their indoor storage, but I took a quick look at the units and they're quite nice as well. One of the most affordable places in the areas as well with quick highway access - very convenient!”
