The staff is nice enough, but not much there. Slow inventory turns and the prices are always way to high for a thrift store. They are trying to be an antique mall. All the pices are full retail, and I've seen several prices that are more than the "new" price. You might find something you love, but be ready to spend... or you could just find it on ebay. NO "DEALS" here. My advice, just skip this place and go to the Rolla Antique Mall

wish i could give 0 stars. kicking out people there to spend money & have been customers since 2011 due to my friend being “dressed inappropriately” as a gay man who had the exact same outfit as myself on. Pam the manager was rude, yelled in our faces in front of a store full of guests to “get out because she can refuse service to anyone.” on the website for salvation army it makes it pretty clear the company supports members of the LGBTQ+ community so to kick out paying customers for doing nothing but looking at items is ridiculous. not to mention all the donations they throw in the trash because it’s not the managers style or they just don’t feel like putting it out. service is terrible, prices fluctuate based on whose at the register & never open anyway. will NEVER be back.

Rude management and way overpriced. A friend of mine was kicked out for what he was wearing. I needed a suit jacket for an interview, and theirs was $40 for something they got for free. Just a terrible company with equally bad management.

This store engages in rude and disgusting discrimination against the kind and supportive patrons who shop there- even going as far as to kick them out of the store based on discriminatory behavior which directly violates their policies. 0/10, won't be back. To put it plainly, Pam Lucas who has been running this establishment for years is rude, disrespectful, and engages in inappropriate discriminatory practices. GROSS.

I guess they just chose when to close instead of posted times lol says open until 5 but got there at 12 minutes til and she was locking up, not weather related I guess just wanted to go home early. Nice!

Salvation Army is a great company providing service to their community.The store is packed full of stuff and the attendants are kind. It's a thrift treasure hunt to shop there, the best kind.

Workers are very Friendly and helpful. Lots of different items to choose from. Everything is priced very reasonable. Easy access, parking available close to front door.

Good store, little pricey on certain items but not to bad. I've been shopping here more than Goodwill because Goodwill prices are absolutely through the roof!

I've been trying to go to this store since June 25th. They were closed for 3 days due to "understaffing" reasons. I tried to go back today, they are closed for a 4 day holiday weekend. I don't think I'm thing to try to come back anymore.
