The wait time increased over previous years. I was told that Quest scheduling has reduced the time allowed for each patient from 15 minutes to 10 minutes and that sometimes more patients are scheduled than the number of available stations. Previous year appointments had about only a 10 minute wait. This year they were about 40 minutes behind schedule with a full waiting room of patients. You need to correct this or I will be looking for another lab. The tech was professional and worked quickly. All the techs were working hard. This was for an early morning appointment. I wonder how much worse the backlog became later in the day.

The lady who drew my blood was absolutely amazing I didn't feel a thing. She even made sure my knee was comfortable before she started I had knee surgery and it was hard to leave my knee hanging down and I had alot of blood work to get. Best experience I've ever had. She was so soft spoken made me feel calm and comfortable 😌 ☺️ couldn't havr asked for a better lady thank you I'm sorry I forgot ur name but I hope u see this and know who u are

The check-in kiosk was a bit odd, but usable. The gentleman ahead of me, gave up, canceled his entries and stepped aside.I went through the steps successfully, and the first gentleman tried to work through the check-in process again. I was called in before He finished.

I work far away and can only make it for the timeslots at the end of the day, but I always make an appointment. People without appointments crowd the waiting room and the tech won't give you the full 10 minutes you supposedly signed up for. If your lab order is on your phone they will refuse to print it for you. If anything else about your situation is even slightly irregular, your fault or not, you will be berated for it. When I have been able to come in during the day, it is less crowded and usually a different tech, and it goes much smoother.As it is though, I dread coming here.

This was the first time I had my blood checked at this location.The automated check-in was a little confusing because I didn't realize I had to scan both my Medicare Advantage and my Medicare cards. I didn't have to wait long because I had an appointment, but there were several people who came in right behind me and some of them were confused by the automated check-in, so that may be a problem in the future. I think if there were a lot of people, the check-in would go faster if the technician checked the insurance, like they did at the Quest location I used to go to that has since closed down.
