“I do not normally like PetSmart but I have not had a single bad experience at the Rolla MO PetSmart. The groomer has done my dog twice now and both times have been fantastic. My dog is a big pain in the tail but she still did an amazing job with my "don't touch my feet" beast. Everyone was very kind and patient and knowledgeable. When I told the girl at the counter about what I need in shoes for my dog, she went and got all the shoes, sized them on my dog and had the shoes that fit her and fit our needs at the counter ready for me when I arrived to pick my dog up. Thank you for taking those extra steps for us!”
