I was purchasing a battery online to get a 20% discount on a truck battery, finished paying and setting up for pickup all done.
Went to the store here in Rolla Mo took my old battery with me to get the new battery, walked up to the counter and this gentleman said (emp. 2052) can I help you I showed him the papers from online order and he looked at me and said he could not help me with the online order due to some discrepancies on the web site with the address, but he said there is a phone number you can call and cancel the order online. I told the gentleman that I needed a battery that day and he said let me see what I can do for you and try to match what was on the web site. He did a great job getting the same price and had me on my way in just a little time. I appreciate all he done and will be back to get my parts from NAPA from now on.

Went in there to buy brakes for my car, and they said they recommend a 70$ set of brakes, so I got it. Turns out they gave me brakes for a Pontiac instead of a saturn... had to go to Lebanon to get the right part

To say they went over and above is an understatement. Derrick- Manager took his personal truck to drop off a belt on the side of the highway to get us off the road. These are the kind of people we want to do business with and be around. 10 out of 10.

We were just begining road trip to move from the area to Virginia when I turned on my wipers and they started to fall apart. I was on RTE 44 and I quickly exited the highway in search of a Napa store. I found one on 7th st in Rolla Missouri. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Derrick. I asked if he could install the wiper blades and he said he would no charge! I bought my blades and he installed them on my car in the RAIN!! Thanks Derrick for getting us back on our 15 hour road trip.You are the best!
