I ordered several thousand dollars worth of roofing materials they did not deliver in the correct day and they forgot part of my order would not do anything to make up for that I had to drive an hour to there store to pick up the rest of my order and they didn’t even apologize fo there mistakes would never recommend them to anyone horrible customer service if I could leave zero stars that’s what they would get.

While shopping at the Rolla Meeks we were never greeted by employees, after 10 minutes of searching we finally had to ask one of the 3 employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing for help. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We ordered several thousand dollars worth of floor joists. Meeks went and delivered them out at our farm without calling and telling anyone they were delivering. They never called to tell anyone they dropped the 32 foot joists off. They left them in front of our gate and left. Our neighbors called us to tell us we had something in front of our gate so we made the trip out there to see what it was. Our thousands of dollars of wood was just left out for anyone to steal and for the weather to get. We are building a house and would have given Meeks our business but after this we will NEVER give them another dime. This is the most unprofessional I have ever seen a company.

I'm torn about this review because on one hand Meeks is overall a good place with quality lumber however, there is one employee at this location that has really made me lower the rating. Terry V. is horrible with cabinetry orders. I've had horrible service on a cabinet that was I was not happy with and still waiting a year later to hear anything from Terry on fixing this issue. My mother in law just ordered new cabinets for her house and when they arrived, they were in the wrong color. She expressed her concern with needing the right cabinets that she ordered in asap as it will cause her move in date to be pushed back. This was an oversight on Terry's part he never apologized and still has yet to make it right with us or my mother in law. He doesn't return calls, texts or emails. If you are wishing to order your cabinetry through Meeks I would strongly advise against it.

I was nearby (some 12 miles/19kms SE on MO 72 in Lake Spring) completing my duties as primary executor for my mother, a need for some interior/exterior work on her home was required. How convenient it was to be able to pedal here and buy the necessary items. I found all of the staff extremely friendly and professional, as well as very reasonable prices. This is the kind of store that would meet my every need if I were in construction, regardless if the project was small or large!
