Always a friendly environment! Tom and Chrissy do a wonderful job on both nails and toes! My feet get pretty bad. I’m a nurse and I’m on them a lot and Chrissy takes her time to make sure they look great! I will travel back to Rolla if I ever move to continue getting my nails done!

Bait and Switch sounds like his thing! Traveling through for work. I was looking for powder dip. I called and asked if he did that, he said "yes, do you have it on now "? I said yes! He told me it would be $45. I soaked in acetone for a long time while he did someone else's nails who came in after me. The polish was completely off and I took my fingers out and waited. I'm not sure what he did. Liquid dip base then gel on top I believe. I went to pay & he said that's $70. That's BS. He knew I wasn't local.

Very nice salon. Got an appointment for the next day.Did a great job I had a pedicure done. Offered water &a candy treat. Gave much attention to detail feltamazing. Would come back again but I was justpassing through town on vacation

Tom was very nice, gentle. I don't like rough, pushy nail techs.Gave me some wonderful suggestions on my nails. Did an overlay rather than put tips on since my own nails had grown out. They look great!! I'm very happy. He will be getting my business from now on. I got what I paid for and that's what I wanted.Thank you Tom!!Service: Manicure

The gentleman who did my nails frustrated me by not listening to my concerns. I came in for a fill on my almond shaped acrylics. He began filing down the point. I pointed out I purposefully had the almond shape. He told me he was fixing the lengths as they were uneven. I let him continue since I am not very knowledgeable about nails, which I had also disclosed to the tech. By the end of my appointment, my nails were rounded and no longer the pointed almond shape I had and liked. I think he could see from my face I was a bit angry, and he said “I fixed the shape”, which angered me further. I completely disagree, I wanted almond, I now have round. To end positively, I did like his wide array of colors to choose from.

*** and ******** are a great team who do very professional work. The salon is clean. The service is excellent and I believe they are the best nail salon in this area. I highly recommend them.

They were very nice! We got there early and it took about 2 hours for myself and my friend. It was a reasonable price and great service. The guy that served me was very kind and made me feel comfortable. As a person with social anxiety, i had a wonderful experience here!

He seemed upset because I went to another nail salon to have my nails done originally. I stated that I am trying to find a good place to have them done so I can have a permanent location however mine and my daughters nails turned out terrible.

When I came in for my appointment, they told me to come back later because they were running late. I came back and they didn't help me for like an hour and didn't really acknowledge that I was there. They didn't say anything to me about a wait time even though I was on time. I asked about a price and he said "we'll see." He could have given me a range. I got my nails done, just a green french tip with four nails with designs and they charged me $85. On the wall it says $50+ for french dip, and they definitely overcharged me. The nails are not worth $85, they're nice, however not amazing and not $85 worth.Services: French manicures
