Really appreciated the personal service. It's like a blast from the past, you know, when you didn't have to negotiate an AI minefield before you speak with another human. Staff was at least Freindly, I asked a simple request of payment change with no luck of contract in over a week, so I asked to cancel my policy, 5 days later my policy is still active with a company, after I asked to his agency to cancel it, as I went with another...I ended up calling the insurance and canceling myself...I went through a local agent, so that I wouldn't have to deal with these exact things, seems simple request were not simple, had to do it myself.Edit to response from Jenks/Long: it took me 4 minutes of a call to cancel my insurance, not 5 days...Im not sure how I got it done so quickly vs a business that specializes in insurance that got me the policy, then when I mentioned cancellation to you, my payment schedule suddenly changed...amazing how things started to come together..I figured I'd leave that part of of the review...I'm not the fault here I believe.
