As a local resident, I wish I had trusted the "word of mouth" and gone to another more reputable shop to get hail damage repairs. Post storm season, Gary's was recommended as an alternative to a lengthy wait. I do feel it's unfair to the entire team in the shop to receive a bad review as some were very friendly, but they were not respectful in returning calls, honoring appointments, having the estimate when I returned (from the previous visit), keeping the car longer than told, never called when completed, didn't finish the work, didn't do quality work, returned and was told "oh, that panel wasn't included in the quote". The experience the day I left my vehicle and when I went back to inquire about the incomplete work was (what I felt) disrespectful to me as if I didn't understand how the process worked or was naïve to what was expected or requested. I requested "entire side and hood" and this was made very clear in the 3 visits with the shop to do the estimate, I don't speak "panel" or parts. However they wrote it up is their discretion, I didn't see a "bid" was only given a verbal dollar amount. After being asked "How much are we working with?" which was a strange question to begin with. They repaired the entire driver side and hood, with the EXCEPTION of the front driver side "panel" which had extensive damage. I took the vehicle back the following week. The "hail guy" was condescending and rude and then threw out a random $250 quote for me to bring it back for additional work. However, that was supposed to be repaired in the initial quote. me to fix an area that should of been done. He even said "I wondered why you wouldn't want that part done it is right in the line of vision." It is a Cadillac with less than 20k miles on it. It had significant damage there. Of course I would want it repaired as it's part of the "ENTIRE DRIVER SIDE" of the vehicle. :) The other gentleman apologized for not ordering the other parts and said he would and would call me when those came in. Never called. I was told I would receive a call to come back, 2 plus weeks later, I've still never heard a word. So, almost 3 months after the storm, the work is still not completed and I've essentially been ghosted. I've stopped by and called and been kind and gracious each time. Beware, they aren't anywhere near the caliber of work you would expect or hope to see in a Rolla autobody shop. Additionally, it wasn't less expensive. So, it's not as if I was saving money. I was hoping to save time. That didn't work out. I was told "they get busy" when I went back for my appointment (6 weeks after I set it) and that is why it may take longer and "they won't even be touching my car that day". I was told it would be in and out in a day.
Again, a few nice guys in there but that doesn't make up for terrible work, and leaving someone in a position to chase the job to be completed. I definitely would NOT recommend the hail damage repairman that travels to the shop.

Brought them my damaged Nissan Altima and they gave me back a beautiful car better than when I bought it. They even put some gas in and cleaned the interior! I couldn't be happier with Gary's auto body
