I have had a couple hours for the shock to wear off. So I went in and bought a used vehicle from Mike and Andy and after about 10 days there were a few issues with it. But I am the only income in my family right now because my husband who is a Vet was laid off when Boeing laid people off a few months back, and I was freaking out. After some confusion we got it figured out but originally it would cost me $850 and I have 3 kids and that’s the difference from if I pay the light bill or pay for my car. I loved my car but I had resigned to the fact I was gonna let them take it back because it had been 15 days. I went in to arrange just that and Charlie, Andy, and Mike wanted to see us. Charlie got the bill down to $450 with $300 now. I burst into tears and knew that I would just work more than 90 hrs next week to cover the rest. Charlie looked at my 3 kids and when I left his office he had paid the remaining balance out of his own pocket. I have never asked for help before and did not expect it. Everyone has issues and I did not want a hand out. I was just stuck and with school coming I was struggling to even by school supplies. Andy, Mike, and Charlie became heroes to myself, my , and our kids. They became a hero when they did not have to. I owe everything to them for their selflessness. Charlie looked in my eyes and saw my gratitude. He was a human being that treated me with more kindness than in deserve. Mike and Andy are so amazing. They never complained about me. If you need a car and don’t know where to start go to these guys! Thank you,

I cannot thank the people that work at this dealership enough. I broke down and was stranded and somehow they managed to find a way to get me in and get my car fixed for me so I can get back on the road even within being so busy.

We have used this dealership for years but our experiences right now has not been good. On June 26 we called to make an appointment for our car as having problems with vibration when going up hills. They finally got us in on 7-9. The problem is covered under the warranty but they said they had to order the parts. Two or three weeks later they called and said all parts were there except one and wanted to set us with an appoint for today, Aug 6. We took our vehicle in at 8 as requested but when it was being checked in they said the parts were not all there. By then I was frustrated and called the Service Advisor around 11-11:30. He apologized but had no answers. I asked him if was safe to drive on the highway and he said he didn’t know. He called and left a message later and said the parts are there and needed to schedule me to bring the car back but now on August 19th. Needless to say this has been very frustrating for us. We have never had issues here until now.
Update: Thank you Ed Morse Chevrolet for your prompt attention and getting my car ready to go. Thank you Andy for all of your assistance.

After purchasing my car there needed a few things serviced and a part installed. Dropped off car 7:30 am came back at 9:30. Ran into my salesman who was off but was checking to see if my vehicle was completed. All done and on my way. Great staff from top to bottom.
