Shelves have been bare for quite some time. I’ve walked out several times without the items I needed simply because the shelves were so bare. What I needed was probably in a box somewhere. Not because they don’t have the inventory. It looks like they have an abundance of items. None of it on the shelves though. Dollar General corporate needs to do better. You can’t expect a cashier to wait on customers and stock shelves in a timely manner. I would be surprised if thousands of dollars haven’t walked right out the front door. The workers can’t/don’t watch the front doors, wait on customers and re stock. Seems to me it would be beneficial for a multimillion dollar company to provide one more person to either stock shelves or stand at the front.

The store manager and assistant manager need to be replaced. Horrible attitudes and the store manager seems to think he’s better than everybody else. I think his name was Lee. Doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. This used to be my favorite dollar general now I’d rather go to the one on forum

By far the worst Dollar store in Rolla. TheManager and staff are unfriendly. The Manager thinks she is too important to wait on a customer, the line can be to the back of the store and she shuts herself in the office. Hey, Mary without customers you wouldn't have a job.(Blabbing your jaws, talking to the people you like don't help the customers).There can be 3 or 4 employees in the store but nobody wants to get the registerDo these people think they would get a paycheck without customers? I no longer shop at this location, workers learn by example and the example the Manager shows them is to ignore customers.
