I've been a loyal customer of Dickey Bub Farm & Home in Rolla, MO for the past four years, and under new management, it has become my go-to store. Whether I need horse feed, chicken feed, or tools for a DIY project, they always have what I'm looking for. Beyond that, they stock household essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent, making it convenient to skip the big-box stores on lazy days.
What sets Dickey Bub apart is their exceptional service. The staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with finding products or resolving any issues. Manager Andy Kost, in particular, has gone above and beyond for my family whenever we've needed help.
Overall, Dickey Bub Farm & Home is more than just a store; it's a reliable partner for our farming and household needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone in Rolla looking for quality products and outstanding service.

This store has a nice variety, and we have been good customers for sometime, but a couple of the employees are rude and disrespectful. One Saturday, one employee in particular - a tall, stern older lady with gray hair in a ponytail - usually in a bad mood - decided that my wife and I should leave our backpacks at the counter after we had been shopping for awhile, and had chosen several items to purchase. I tried to explain to her that my ID, my money, some personal items and my portable oxygen generator was in my pack, but she cut me off and didn't want to hear it. Good thing I didn't need my oxygen at that time. My wife and I put our items back (probably $100 worth), and probably won't return. This could have been a real safety issue. Also, there is nothing posted concerning backpacks not being allowed anywhere that we could see. Employees like this make Dickey Bub look bad, and could cause legal issues. What employees and companies don't understand, is the ripple effect from bad customer service. My 97 year old father in law has lived in this area for generations, and has gone to this store every Sunday after church since it opened (20+ years) to buy all of his supplies for his 40 acre farm. He was disappointed about our encounter, and will surely let others know.
