I've recently visited cricket wireless and I found that they have tried to be helpful and courteous , but that doesn't always turn out to be true , out of the 5 times I've visited here ,I've either waited way too long and walked out , or wasn't quite happy with the customer service I received , resulting in my smileing and making a dash for the door or just plain outright leaving after being left standing around too long without even a simple greeting. I feel they have to step it up if they want more customers. I did try their services which were pretty good and I almost stayed with them but I couldn't take the bad customer service, so for good cell service but bad customer service om giving cricket a 3 star try again!
