I needed a Galaxy Note 9 screen replacement. They had to order it and said they would call in three days. I waited 5 days called them and was told the screen wasn't in yet. I called again the following week and still no screen. They called me a few days later to say my phone needed more work than just the screen. I told them they didn't have my phone, I was still waiting for the screen to be delivered. Then they tried to say another customer with the same name and the same phone came in and they gave that customer the screen they ordered for me. Then said they could order another screen and have the phone fixed the next day. BIG surprise, they never called! Don't waste your time with this place!

I took my play station in to get fixed for a broken hdmi port, I was told they had the part in stock and that it shouldn't take more than a few days, I came back at the end of the week and I was told that there was some wiring messed up with it, so it took 4 more weeks to fix that in total they took 5 weeks with it and it still doesn't show any display in the slightest, I was charged $125 in total, they never worked Saturdays like their website and voicemail said. I will be going back on Monday to either get a full refund or get it properly fixed

Took phone here s23 ultra for them to replace speakers. Had to call them a few times and stay on top of them to finally get parts order after they replaced it I'm happy with it but in process they broke back screen on phone they asked me if they want me to fix it. We'll yes my 1200 phone yes I would like it taken care of. After 3 month of calling once a week to see if parts came in and they keep telling me oh Monday oh Monday next week and it's never came in and still not replaced. Not very happy won't be back

Never actually used their services, I only called. I called to inquire about getting a child's tablet screen repaired. Just the glass none of the LEDs. I am giving a well deserved five-star rating because they were very honest with me about the price of getting my son's tablet fixed. The fact that the young man on the phone told me with complete honesty that it was cheaper to buy a new tablet completely then get the old one repaired was greatly appreciated!

Broke switch completely instead of fixing the micro SD slot. Communication was near nonexistent and they avoided my calls. Do not go here.

Cellphone Savers in Lebanon is cheaper, quicker, and IMO worth the drive now having experienced both businesses.

Ordered a front and back screen and a new frame from these fools less than a year ago for my s21 ultra. paid in full took them 3 months to fix my phone after dealing with excuse after excuse after excuse finally got my screen they forgot to order my frame and back glass finally got my back glass was wrong color. And never got a frame. Now my front screen is glitching out and they got dust all inside my camera and front screen. Would highly not recommend don't waste your time because that's all they do.

!!!DO NOT GO TO CPR ROLLA!!!Ordered a battery the week before Thanksgiving. Was told 1 week and would receive call when it came in, no call so went in and told another week wait... Still no call so we went in again. Was told they would call when it came in. Went in approximately 1 months after first ordering and the name and number they had it in their computer for was wrong person and number. They have never answered their phone when we call and are highly unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone for anything. You are better off going elsewhere or ordering parts online. And if the other reviews are anything to go by I'd say if they aren't scamming you they are screwing you around. Avoid this place at all costs and use at your own peril.
