Very safe location. I stayed here hauling my U-Haul multiple times. So far not any bad experience. You can park right in front of the hotel. Rooms are decent. Staff are great. They have a great breakfast too.Rooms: Room are decent nothing to complain

We had a reunion set for out of town and because of weather had to cancel. So a few of us got rooms here and took all the kiddos swimming. Tabitha at the front desk was so helpful when booking rooms not only was she polite and knowledgeable but also made you feel very comfortable and confident we chose the best hotel in the area.You can clearly tell she truly cares about her job and people. She was working so hard when we arrived, this one deserves a promotion! We will continue to stay here because of her.Nearby activities: There are a few escape rooms nearby as well as a skating rink and multiple bar/restaurants.Walkability: So much is within walking distance. There is a little shopping mall not far from the hotel as well as a menards and a brand new steak house.Also there is a whole row of fast food on kings hwy not far at all from the hotel but I'm not sure everyone would enjoy the walk to the fast food road. We drove.Food & drinks: Prime location for all the food and drinks. And a new steak house next door.

If your looking for a hotel that has everything; Stay here, They are super clean, and very very Accommodating! I love it. ❤️ I go to Rolla onec a month, I always try to stay here if they have rooms. We needed some help getting our car and family on the road. I will always be thankful for the team that helped my family!! Thank you Comfort Suites, Jay Patel is a great manager! I can see why they won the People Choice award 2022 and 2023. I want to say thank you also to the gentleman that works in the kitchen!! Thank you for your kindness ?!! You will forever be a HERO!

Great hotel. Everything felt new and updated. Very clean. Typical free hotel breakfast. Overall, impressed with this brand. Will look for comfort suites when I stay other places.

The staff was extremely nice! Especially the breakfast staff! They went up and beyond to make our day! The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were clean and and very spacious! Would 100% stay again!

Tabitha was excellent! She was doing the work of the desk and breakfast staff while we were there. We had picked up our Army medic from her training and stayed here on our way home to Ohio. Staff was very accommodating and friendly during night and morning shifts. Please tell your staff, great job! Have a blessed day!Noteworthy details: Thank you for making our stay enjoyable. We will remember your staff in our prayers today. We want them to be blessed and protected.

Clean minus a couple spots of mold on bathroom ceiling. Bathroom fan didn't work front desk offered to switch us Rooms. Business center toner was out and they weren't going to Staples etc to get more so I couldn't print out Missouri S&T parking pass. Breakfast was awesome. Elevator lights flicker bad like a rave strobe light. Iron had a few brown spots but worked great. Ironing board was short for migits I guess and was a tad wobbly. Hvac worked great cranked fan on high to deal with no bathroom fan.

Besides the fact that the clerk checked us into a dirty room (but moved us), the bathtub had a hole in it, and the TV wouldn't work, our stay was great! Breakfast was good, and great location!

This is the third time we have stayed at this comfort suites.We love this location!! The beds are comfy and the sheets are clean. The bathrooms are always clean and plenty of shampoo and conditioner if u forget yours. The breakfast is ok. The area is clean and plenty of seating inside out. The indoor pool is big enough for the whole family plus some.

One of the best choice hotels I've seen!I did not spend the night here. My business rented a room for a meeting.The gentleman at the front desk put a smile on my face when i walked in and was super helpful.They had signs up, refreshments and snacks out, and evening else ready to go.They checked on us about mid way to see if we needed more of anything.The room was fantastic with everything we needed including restrooms right within the space and immediate access to outside. There's a lovely courtyard with seating and overhead string lights.It was super clean!The fitness room and pool looked really nice and clean.Impressed!

This is the second or third worst Choice Hotel I've stayed in. The foyer of the room was sticky when walked in, the air conditioner kept freezing up, the bed was lumpy and worn out, there was no water pressure, the refrigerator didn't work and there was a small ant infestation. When I checked out, I notified they front desk and he told me he was sorry. At least he was happy and cheerful with his apology, but it doesn't make up for an expensive night in a lousy hotel.
