Bought Samsung dryer as is from Lowe's back in 2018. Last week I noticed clothes were soaked coming from the dryer, and realized immediately no heat. This occurred right as I needed to wash uniforms etc, so I panic called and spoke with Ms. Angie. Not only did she have an appointment scheduled ASAP, she knew exactly what was going on & fully understood the predicament I'd found myself in. After confirmation of the model number & part(s) in stock ,Brown's Appliances was ON it! I was told between 10-1030am, Mr. Greg showed up at 10am sharp, had everything taken apart, replaced, put back together AND functioning within ONE hour maximum! Not only that..but I NEVER had to leave the house! They came to my home to fix it (I was expecting to have to drop the entire appliance off etc.) BOY was I wrong! I am beyond grateful to have this taken care of, truly. I am blown away with the service, from the second the phone was answered to finality with a receipt, this entire process was such an easy fix (for me) and I appreciate Greg's work SO much! If y'all have ANY Issues, please contact Browns and ask! I am still mind blown my dryer is fixed already! Wow! Y'all are the best!

Brown's Appliance Center made my Speed Queen Washer & Dryer purchase a smooth and worry-free process. Angie was very responsive to email and worked to get me the best deal; even finding a $200 rebate I would be eligible for. The delivery was punctual and professional -- arriving within minutes of our scheduled drop off time. This was exceptionally convenient compared to the massive delivery time window you'll get from other suppliers. Brown's has earned my highest recommendation!

Guy came out was here approx five minutes. Wasn’t even sure he was going to move my fridge out to check the problem at first. Said yepNew fridge . Asked him if they had anything in shop for sale he seemed real unsure said he would check . Never heard back from office or him. Collected 69.00 and left . Won’t call again. Also reeked of cigarettes .

They're unbelievable. I've been there twice in a month for separate things. Each time I give a vague description (I don't know much about appliance repair). Mr. Brown somehow knows exactly what I need and returns with the item while Mrs. Brown rings me up. They're so knowledgeable and friendly, it's incredible. I'm so glad to have a business like theirs in this town. ????????

Prompt call back, knowledgable about my Maytag washer over the phone even, efficient & kind on the in home service call, quick to retrieve the replacement motor from the shop & very capable. *Note: They prefer payment in cash or by check. Be respectfully prepared.* Awesome workmanship, very reasonable prices.

The folks at Brown's Appliances go above, and beyond, to get your appliances fixed quickly. I had my service call within two days. I then ordered parts to do the job and the parts were there the next morning. Honest service, as well. Highly recommended!!!!

Visited this appliance shop, just a little over 4- months ago. Ended up purchasing a used dryer that was delivered to Newburg. Seemed like a great deal. $150 for a Maytag dryer, but it lasted less than 4 months! Spoke with the owner who offered another used dryer at the same price as the 1st one and they would take away the broken one. We asked to see it but was told it was not on-site. We agreed to buy it since the delivery at this point was 3-days out. Today, is day 3 no phone call. So we reached out for a drop off time and was told that their now backed up things have gotten busy and they can’t guarantee delivery today or maybe not even tomorrow. When we started pointing out that we were being pushed down the priority ladder the lady said we could come pick it up. At which point we inquired whether or not it was onsite since she previously stated it wasn’t!! Basically in the end instead of offering to look into whether or not they even had a used dryer for us to pickup or offer any kind of real customer service, we were told maybe we should shop somewhere else!

Nothing short of great people greatservice and great products. You get real one on one service and answers..not the"I don't know and cant help you unless you buy something brand new". They really do care about you!

Very nice people. Sent my girlfriend in with a picture of a part I needed for my dryer. They had it ready and on the counter, 3 days later when I went in myself. They remembered talking to my girlfriend and immediately said "here's what you need!" They also gave me a small military discount which I appreciated.
