I took my jeep in to get some paint and very minor dent repair done about 5 months ago. When I got it back they had not repaired it correctly so the issue just came back after a few days. I paid just over $2000 for the job. I took it back and had them look at it and they accepted that it was not done corectly and took the vehicle back in to correct the issue. I picked it up a few days ago and the paint now does not match and there are 2 scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. They painted it the correct color but they did not buff it afterwords to blend the colors. Now my driver side door and rear passanger door stands out like a sore thumb. I took it back to them and showed them and they argued that it was fine but if I want them to buff the sides to blend the colors it would cost $400. So there wanting me to pay $400 for them to finish the job that they have now messed up 2x. If you care about your car and are having work done to it because you want to DON'T TAKE IT HERE. If it is just an insurance claim and your not really paying for it then go for it. But expect it to take a long time. They had a manager named Blaze and he was great that stopped working there a few months back ever since then this place has gone majorly downhill in there customer service and quality.

I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! They not only agreed to help me, but they understood I could not attain a rental, and promised to fix my car in one day while I waited. I was so overwhelmed by their graciousness and generosity and was amazed that they could be so wonderful!! I brought my car in and as promised they fixed it while I waited. These are fabulous people. I would definitely recommend as they were helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and kept their word!!! Thank you so much to the Caliber Team!!!!Services: Painting

I appreciate all the staff Mike Brandon everybody in the shop detailer working so extra hard putting in a lot of overtime in our vehicle getting it back to us family of 6 dealing with the UPS in the shipment and parts and everything. my father having his health really bad and they're saying it's probably one of his last birthdays ever we're now able to get into our car and go up to Northern Illinois make sure they can see grandpa and my dad If its the last year of his life so it means the world to us!

I dropped off my car and was told I was next on list for a loaner car for the next day I called the next day and was told it was being cleaned and they would call me. they never called me back Monday I called them back they said my car would be done today. I called to see when I could get my car and they told me they got the wrong radiator it would be the next day and still no loaner car they lied to me about having a loaner car. then when i got my car back the air cond. did not work we took it back and they said it was never recharged. This is in the winter time and I think they thought that I would not have checked the a/c they were not very truthful to me about anything at all I would not take any car to them again. 2016 ***** IMPALLA OWNER.

Absolutely wonderful service. I was beyond terrified, as this is literally the second vehicle damage I've ever gotten my whole life, and was hit by a deer in my drive, so had no idea where to even start with this. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew not only options, but the steps I needed to go in order to get things done the correct way, as I literally had no clue where to begin. I can't wait to see my baby fixed! Here's the "before" photos of my 2020 Jeep! I cant believe how easy they made this, as well as having to deal with and calming down a hysterical woman! These guys went above and beyond, and I'm sure they'll do the same with my Jeep!

The manager of the place felt like a down to earth guy. My door wasn't able to open after a collision, and they helped me out, no complaints.
