Don't waste your money! I took my car in because it was shaking at the light while in drive.The mechanic said I had to buy all 3 mounts as a pact,that rockauto didn't sell a single mount.That was a lie.He said he needed $150 to buy a the 3 pack, what he told me the part cost.Another lie.It was $68 When I got my car back after a total of $413 the skake in drive was gone thankfully but I soon realized it now shakes in reverse,something it did not do prior.Alost the maintence light was on and not prior..Mechanics said bring it in,we will check it.They said it was a bad new part they put on and they will reorder the part and I will have to drop off the car again for a day to repair it.I thought to myself what honest people.I really thought I had finally found a good honest mecanic.I picked it up a day later after repairs.It was doing the same thing.I asked if they test drove it before and after repair.They said yes.I asked then what's the problem,it's still shaking the same in reverse.The owner told me no it's better.I said no it's the same.He then got angry and told me to find someone else to work on it that there's nothing else they can do.I said I want all the part that came off my car and warranty paperwork on the parts because they acted like it wasn't them that it must be another bad part from rock auto.I said good it warrantied so they will replace it.They said go somewhere else.When I showed up they didn't give me any parts at all.They said they were already in a pile,Whatever that means or better yet they can't get them cause they never replace any parts on my car.The only thing I got was a receipt that said I bought new parts from rockauto.
My best guess is the part new parts where returned for cash back and they only tighted a mount that they thought was the problem
Why else would there be no old parts returned to me.
Please find someone with a bbb accreditation to work on your car.Lesson learned.I don't assume these people care if they get a bad review.I would never run my business like this.People who just find ways to scam others will always be hustling because the universe gives you the same as you give others.

We have been taking our cars here for years! Ron and Terry are awesome and do their best to work you into the schedule as soon as possible. They are willing to take their time and explain the problem to you and also let you know if there are things that might be problems in the future.

Came from St Louis to have a car I was interested in inspected. They went over the common problems that the car was known to have. Did a pre purchase inspection and pointed out anything that might need maintenance while the car was on the lift. Great guys, honest, and fair. I would definitely recommend A to Z Automotive to anyone looking for good honest work on their vehicles around Rolla. 5 Stars!
