Just tried the tri tip beef end it was absolutely an amazing cut of beef. Definitely will order more soon. Had the bacon for Christmas morning and it was the best bacon I’ve ever had in my life. No joke! Flavor was superb! Can’t wait to get more.

The New York Strips are delicious, although they had a hard to chew vein or tendon running down the middle. The ground beef totally blows away the supermarket beef as far as flavor. Try it, you will never go back.

If you have not been into Valley Mountian Meats don't wait! You are missing out!! Great quality meats locally sourced and the staff in there is AMAZING!! Also shockingly affordable compared to other butcher shops!
