You can not even TALK ABOUT the phrase 'gas leak' without them being forced to send someone out, so DO NOT EVER say that phrase. And they CAN INDEED charge you money for having to send someone to your location to check it out... pathetic.

Stopped in there and owner or employee was completely rude and had a horrible attitude! Would not recommend, to many other gas companies around.

I am a new customer leaving a bad propane company. They are very attentive to customer needs and have kept true to their word through the process. They removed the other companies tank, dropped theirs and transfered my propane from the old yank to the new tank at a very reasonable cost which was free. They squeezed me in due to the company I left not being pleasant to deal with which was the reason I left to begin with. Got it all done in less than 2 weeks. So far very pleased.

Jerry Essick went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Even coming back after work to turn my gas back on after I had a leak fixed.I would recommend Thompson Gas to anyone!
