Very rude and short with my mother on multiple occasions. Would not recommend anyone to go here. There are multiple better options in Rogersville and surrounding areas. Will never return here for any type of service.

Total scam!! They said the front end was falling off of my truck. I brought it to two other mechanics who found nothing wrong. Never going back.

I was just driving through with a quarter cow in the coolers heading home when I heard some noise coming from the bottom of my vehicle. Turns out the scrape plate was dragging and with 20+ miles to go I needed to get it fixed quick. While no one else in town could take me in the guys at Wildcat made arrangements to get me in and out in less than 20 minutes. EXCELLENT service and GREAT price! Thank you Wildcat Pride!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I brought in my Tahoe which is my daily driver for routine service. I asked to see what they could do about a MINOR transmission slip. They said they could possibly fix it or at least improve the problem.I get my vehicle back from them after they tell me it was good to go. Fast forward 12 hours - The check engine light is blinking after it’s never done that before, the transmission is completely blown after driving 8 miles. I had to tow it to their shop.They tell me it’s a coincidence. FLAT OUT LIE.Save yourself time and money and use a different shop.

Amazing place . Had a flat tire, drove in there and I was in a hurry, they went out of their way to get me back on the road right away. The staff is very nice.
