With all the $h!t they've pulled, just like Corry's review. Only mine is just as much fun, they showed up and basically lectured me on how propane works in a gas form and how it boils at -44 degrees.I didn't ask dude, between that and the rude a$$ that showed up. I'm never using them again. I found a company in Springfield that only charges me $2.11 per gallon.And I do not trust how MS Propane does their shady business. :( what really sucks is I've used them for 6-7 years now. And they sent out the rudest driver I haven't met before.Must be a new guy with a ego and self control issues.

After years of doing business with MS propane, apparently Donna is upset she had to call us "5 times" last week.I thought that's how we all get business done, but she told me that's not her job, to call us more than 3 times.we have been told they will no longer service us.After we paid $500 cash for a fill.!We paid in cash, and we were told it costs more if paid cash.We were NOT told we needed to be home, but they came and left because we weren't there.The next day, we called, freezing in our home, asking what time we need to be home for the delivery and we were told late afternoon.Apparently they came while we were outside right here, fixing the fence, and the driver left.Next day, Fri, we called and asked Donna if they were coming, or will we be all weekend without heat.Our pipes we already frozen.And Donna informed us they will no longer service us because we were to difficult to get ahold of? Seriously?We talked every day that week!10 degrees and no propane and We already Paid for it!Now, we are not able to get a call back from the owner, after several calls in and left vm,and we are waiting on a check/refund .Bad business! !And is it even legal to leave us in the cold like that?It's winter!In addition, we can't get a new tank from the new company until they take theirs out.

Customer for years and now I paid cash and they refuse me service. Didn't even call us tell us that they were refusing us service and wouldn't refund our money. I just paid tank rent and paid them 4 days ago. Now I have a house freezing and already list several pipes. The lady Donna refused to let us talk to managementNow 10* no propane and no one else can service us because we have their tank. Already cost me 500.00 in heaters and extension cords just to save my house.I have paid for my gas I ve paid my tank rent and I need my propane

Every so often they are difficult to reach due to staffing, and deliveries take a bit of time, but overall a decent experience.

Switching to MS Propane was the best decision ever. The Rogersville office is always so nice and helpful! The delivery drivers have been excellent as well.

We’ve been with this company for over 10 years and never had an issue until the new owners bought it.First, whomever Donna is on the phone is extremely rude and rather than being helpful in any way, she’s rather tell you that you can just switch to another company.They also want to downsize customers tanks based on yearly usage even though their data records are obviously errored which is obviously a scam to get customers to have to pay for more gas in the winter when prices are higher and they know you’ll run out.All this I found out AFTER we paid to have the tank filled to which the first time they came to fill it, we were told that the fill spot of the tank was loose and so the whole tank would need to be replaced, so another week later, another gentlemen (who actually was very professional) said the tank was fine and that it just needed to be tightened but to which the owner told him no, he wanted it replaced - and another week goes by and suddenly they want to downgrade the entire tank because of all the years we lived here, there was one year we didn’t have it filled.One lady on the phone was nice, but when she couldn’t answer certain questions, she put us back on with the extremely rude one (Donna) who was very rude just the week prior.Whatever the case may be, the new ownership and/or management is horrible and clearly does not care for their customers but rather, just wants to find ways to squeeze more money out of customers.All we wanted (and paid for) was to have our tank filled.I highly recommend that people look elsewhere for propane.

Horribly run company. Called in August said they would be there week of Sept 11 never came. Called in Sept 20 th it'll be there Sept 25 th never came. Called in again Sept 26th spoke to Donna who threatened to come repo the tank that I own that's not there because I said I need to know if they will actually bring propane or if I need to contact a different company who will. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the time and hassle avoid this provider.
