$400 for tax preparation is way too much

Super nice, professional, friendly! I felt safe and because I kinda had a difficult situation with my taxes they took care of it no problem! They explained everything to me in a way I could understand since I struggle to understand tax information and just taxes in general. I don't have to file every year due to circumstances but I'd file with this particular store again if I was to file! The customer service i received was amazing!

UPDATE: Because I paid for the service / Nothing can or will be done, after several calls... was told had I let them hold my taxes and came back the next Monday and spoken with someone possibly a solution?!?!?! THIS IS POOR BUSINESS and I hope others are not in the same fraud situation.***** Supposed to have up front pricing, well they don't! I ASKED the price before tax preparation began. Was told $120 (State and Federal) then after taxes were done went to $205? then was told $170? after everything in his wallet was applied ? He NEVER told me they were doing a price change during my tax preparation. I was told over and over this was a simple tax return. I asked to speak with someone else was told I did not have to pay BUT because it was done I could not have my W2 back ?? and given a business card of a office manager and told that was all could be done - still waiting for a call back! POOR customer service I have been a customer yearly from 2005!

I have never used a tax service before. My niece has always done my taxes in about 30 minutes. No reason why I can't do them.
