I'm guessing finding good employees is getting tuff.After 20 yrs of being a customer,I will no longer be spending my money here.I don't want to walk into a store, and be made to feel like an Inconvenience to your employees.The short girl working is very rude, and has a major Bad Attitude.Ask her a question and it's a problem for her ,and she let's you know by her actions and facial expressions.The tall blonde guy is the same way.It was a convenience for me for yrs. Now,, I will drive a bit farther.

WARNING don’t stop here. Employees are horrible, after several times experiencing rude service, i purchased some idems as the casher little girl walked away without placing my purchase in a bag i kindly ask for a bag please, at that time a boy with steroid rage told me i must ask in a different manor while the little girl and the manager stood there than finally slammed my purchase in a bag, unbelievable are you kidding me, so I contacted the owner and received the same treatment as well as contacting the store manager I received some very rude emails. WARNING don’t stop look at the reviews this has been happening at this spot very nasty establishment don’t waste your time you will be left in shock like me horrible horrible experience.

WARNING WARNING. Don't stop here, after several times of being treated rudely by the employees i tryed again only to had enough. Purchased some idems as the little brat casher walked away without placing my purchase in a bag I asked for a bag please, than i was confronted by some boy in his little brothers shirt roid rage says i must ask in another manor while the store manager stood there rudly my items were slammed in a bag are you kidding me, so I filled a complaint with the owner bill just as rude I received several disturbing emails from the severely overweight manager girl whom stated i was wrong for asking please for a bag. LOOKING at there Google reviews i see this has been going on there for along time, SAD Establishment very dirty store and very nasty employees as well as the owner do yourself a favor don't go through what I went through take your business elsewhere it seems a lot of people are

The blond kid that works out was horrifically rude and aggressive. Over a 2nd use of a PIN. Seriously, like an extra 15-20 seconds. Roid Rage anyone? Bill, this kid has proven to be a detriment to your business. I used to spend 2-400 a week in fuel (I have a 36 gallon tank) monsters, etc. Best of luck, hope no one sues you.

Been going here for decades. Great people and great service.... with the accepting of one. Tall blonde guy. Kind of a beefcake. I would give a five star review if it weren't for him. Rudest sob I have EVER run into anywhere working in customer service and I have managed many businesses like this. Were I his boss he wouldn't have made it a week with the way he treats people. He clearly does not wanna be there. Never had a problem with any of the other staff. They are all super friendly. This guy is a tarnish on their business's reputation. Sad really.

They sold me French toast and then told me after i paid that they don’t have syrup. They didn’t even offer a refund when I said something. It was basically a “screw you” since they already had the money. Such a rip off. And the owner was there at the time.

I just stopped there to get gas and used pump 7, after it kicked off when my tank was full it was still slow going up. I went in to let the guy at the counter know it’s not working right and all he told me was I could call the state and let them know bc they regulate them. He was rude about it and didn’t care if it was ripping people off or not. He could of at least said we will look into it and let state know and close the pump down. Instead he leaves it to a customer to find the number to call and report it.

Very rude people that work here denying a 42 year old a lottery purchase with ID what the heck .... just lost a frequent customer definitely wont be coming back ever again an definitely telling folks to not go where there is rude customer service...Customer todayat about 3:30

I went to go get a fountain drink this morning and a moth flapping it’s wings that literally fell out of the ice machine. When I told the older lady she acted like she didn’t care and said “it happens.” If there is a moth in the ice and the older lady acted like she didn’t care, than who knows what else they don’t care about to clean.

Rude young man. Bill Rude. Shell took care of me just fine. Even though young man working today said Shell would not. So, Def Worth the couple of miles to get the Discount from Shell as well as Treated With a Bit Of Kindness. I Was Not Trying To Post Pay,,,,Have A Gift Card From Insurance Company. Shell Took My Card Just Fine. As Did Your Establishment 2 Other Previous Times In The Last 6 Weeks. Young man was Rude.

I frequently visit this place often to buy fuel. Staff is generally friendly and pleasant to deal with.Only complaint is cash vs credit price on fuel sucks. .
