“I can't say enough about the amazing staff! I have to mail large items frequently to different states and the employees are so kind and personable. They always have a smile on their face. They make suggestions for best transport and price. They are very patient as well. I rarely see a line but the odd times that there was a line, they made sure to greet each customer and make the wait seem like nothing at all. They are super quick and even the mail person that comes to the house is extremely nice! They truly seem to care about what you're sending and receiving.”

“An excellent example of a well-run and professional business.I went in to ship out a package, but needed a label (which was on my phone) printed first. The associate figured out a way to facilitate that, printed the label, and then took the time to [very securely] pack my item. He gave me a tracking number for my package and asked if I needed anything else.When I went to pay for the label ($0.23), I realized I had a $5 bill and a credit card. He grabbed 23 cents from the change jar and wished me a Happy Thanksgiving.I will use this store for all of my future shipping needs...give them a try if you have holiday packages that need to be delivered.”
“My son went to Branson with family and a pair of his boots were left behind at the hotel. The hotel made arrangements for the boots to be shipped back to us through Mailbox Plus. There was a bit of a delay (honestly, I'm not sure if it was the on the Mailbox Plus end or the end of the hotel), but the boots were shipped back to us with 2 1/2 weeks at a reasonable rate. Once shipped they came quickly and arrived in good condition.”
“We visited this location today to buy a stamp and drop a card in the mail. I explained to the clerk Tracy that I was teaching my 4 year old son how the US Postal System works by mailing a letter and she was so excited to help teach him! She let him pick out the exact stamp he liked, counted out the change owed, let him place the stamp on the envelope, and then escorted us outside to show him the drop box. She showed him where the mail goes, how it gets scanned and explained the whole process step by step. She mentioned that she was passionate about mail and it showed! I really appreciated her taking the time to explain everything - she went above and beyond her duties!”

“I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet from Verizon it was delivered to Hollister MO UPS location instead of Branson West location. Long "story" short ... I went to get from the Hollister location at the end of the day @ 5 so I could pick it up instead of waiting for it to be delivered to my residence & the driver Chris made sure he got it too me as I arrived @ the Hollister location.(UPS Location) It was the end of the day & he was getting ready to end his shift & I just want to give Chris a SHOUT OUT & say - THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY DAY by getting it too me as I got there. I wasn't even there 10 min. THANK YOU!! ❤️ YOU ARE AWESOME & AMAZING CHRIS!! THANK YOU!!”
