Just got a call canceling an appt I obviously needed or I wouldn't have set it up. Trust me, my trust in the medical field has all but diminished and this confirms why. Like you couldn't squeeze in one more person considering the error was on your end??? And I am to believe that you (shoe fits, wear it) are in the medical field because you truly care about your fellow human? I'm sorry doesn't get it. Pathetic!

Me and the boyfriend had appointments back in May the front staff and back staff was amazing and helped us in anyway they could. They were very friendly, smiling and welcomed us in. I read the reviews and I was scared at first but I went in and I was impressed. I haven't been in months but plan on going back in for appointments.

I have been going to this office for two years now. But not anymore! I have had six different providers. The nurse I saw today didn’t even know how to take blood pressure. The scheduling staff is very rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely a horrible experience. I would stay away from this place.

Called ahead to make sure they were open today and take walk ins. They said yes, first come first serve basis. I got there and they said, oh we're not taking walk ins today.

Requested a dental appointment and never received a call. Tried to call multiple times, first few times during the day and another few times right as they've opened, no answer. Not surprised after seeing all the 1 star reviews, 2.6 rating for a clinic is crazy.

2/23/2024I had an appointment for 8am . Went in asked the Oral Surgeon if they could prescribe something to take the edge off before sticking the numbing medication needle in my mouth and was told no . I have put 8n several calls to Management and still no word. My wisdom tooth is badly broken with exposed gum or nerve . We are all humans just because we have less than other does not give them the reght to treat people inhumanely

Ya I dont believe these reviews, the dentist side is just amazing, I've gotten a lot of work done, there and not only do the staff know my name, they are all very polite and helpful.....

If you’re wondering how long it takes them to get ahold of you after a week of waiting and making your issue now an emergency because your minor child has life threatening medication he needs refills on, to escalating it further to a supervisor, it’s five days. If you’re wondering how long it takes them to tell you that your child’s doctor has called in, it’s right when you get there. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This business has been nothing but problems from the beginning. Against my better judgement, I waited it out to see if they’d get back to me or if escalation was the right route to take. Transfer after transfer, “ask for Kira, ask for JoAlice, and for Taylor, ask for Diana” and STILL starting at zero and explaining the situation multiple times, FINALLY a doctors appointment for my child. But when I get there, they’re practicing opening the front door and locking it. That time could have been used to inform me that my son’s doctor wouldn’t be in today. The roads are bad, the weather isn’t any better, and the lack of consideration for patients is ASTOUNDING. You can train chimps to do a better job working the phones and front desk. Don’t waste your time with this place. I would even go so far as to say that this is the WORST place I’ve EVER dealt with. And I’ve been seen on a military base. That’s bad, Swope. Get it together.

If I could give zero ratings I would. My mother was mistreated by the dentist, and was put in pain in retaliation of miscommunication about the work being performed. The dentist intentionally did not use numbing cream on my elderly mother before receiving 5 shots in her gums. The dentist pushed the needle in so deep that my mother began to cry. He scolded her for her reaction.The mistreatment made my mother decided not to proceed with the procedure and walked out. This place should be investigated for their misconduct. I will be taking further action to correct this facility misconduct.

Swope Health Northland is a bit of a disappointment. The front desk staff personnel are frequently rude, unprofessional, lacking in professional customer care skills, and one can generally expect to come away from here feeling less than ideal. If you can, go somewhere else, if you can’t go anywhere else then be prepared for what most of us have said happens to occur.

Please train your Patient Care Coordinators in the Swope Call Center on Customer Service Etiquette. This Daisy, whom I was unfortunate to talked to, needs serious training. She was unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude. Her attitude is a typical behavior of a gate keeper gate keeping the minority from Equal Healthcare.She talked down on me, talked over me, then refused to provide me her supervisor’s name and phone number when I asked. And she doubled down on her unprofessional and horrendous attitude. This is unacceptable.

Most useless place to ever go for any serviceThey don't help you they also don't tell you that you will have an outrageous bill to pay to their partners at labcorp now I am in huge debt just to once again refer me to another location and have them want to run the same tests that will again have to be paid to labcorp who already has my results from the first sets of test This is insurance fraud at its finest and for those of us who can't afford insurance it is just down right criminalDo Not Go Here

My serious symptoms & concerns were disregarded for 4 months of appointments and walk-in visits. Turns out I have STAGE 3 RECTAL CANCER! My blood test levels indicated cancer or a bad infection but they waited A MONTH to retest resulting with higher numbers plus anemia and still did nothing. I begged for a cologuard type test but nope. I had to bring in a picture of the amount of blood I was passing before I got a referral for a colonoscopy!
